That's not what the article says...it says he wasn't for his first two years in office...doesn't say anything about the years before.Turns out he was not being audited before being president.

While in office the president's tax returns are audited. That's not what the article says...it says he wasn't for his first two years in office...doesn't say anything about the years before.
So you didn't read the OP article? You have no clue what was actually annoucned? No, there is no law requiring it, it has been policy...but for the first two years of the President's term it didn't happen. It did the last two years....and the Dems made no announcment about if he was being audited prior to taking office. While in office the president's tax returns are audited.
Try not to confuse yourself too much.So you didn't read the OP article? You have no clue what was actually annoucned? Why do you come and comment on topics when you don't even know what the subject material is about?
hahah you are the only one confused on this thread...it seemsTry not to confuse yourself too much.
Trump's taxes to be released to the public just like every President since Nixon.
If there is nothing big to expose, why did he not want them released.
We will see.

IRS failed to complete mandatory audit of Trump during his presidency, committee says
The Democratic-controlled House Ways and Means Committee voted Tuesday to make public some documents related to former President Trump's tax returns.abcnews.go.com
And was he charged with wrongdoing? Was he convicted or wrongdoing? He had a loan for millions that he had gotten from a foreign govt. which he did not disclose in his financial disclosures to Congress when becoming president.
He did?He lied when he said he was under audit. Sucker's like you believed him.
The same tax law I already cited.Duh, please cite the law that says they can't release them.
Blathering bullshit from ElmoDud. How expected.what is Trump concerned about that no other President since 1970 was worried about. It makes you wonder.
ElmoDud couldn’t cobble together a meaningful analogy if he was given the children’s big book of logic.Trump minions are just like Osama bin Laden's wives. They are a bunch of clueless bitches that will stand up for anything he does.
Which ruling says they are allowed to then release tax records to the public? Cite? What is the alleged basis that gives them the authority to release the information. Be specific.Alas, there's no 'felony'. The courts have already affirmed that the Ways and Means Committee has the authority to both acquire Trump's tax docs and to release private financial data to the public.
The real deal here in here is that does Dems think the whole thing thoroughly? By releasing his "private citizen time" tax returns, they explore all tax loopholes. I remember dems leaked his old tax return to the MSM, and MSM took it and ran with it. They asked a NBA owner (cannot remember who) about it and he replied it's a common practiceIt's all legal, Homer...
House panel votes to release Trump tax information despite threats from Republicans
Trump and his minions, like you, are dumbasses. Every President has released their taxes voluntarily. How many have you looked at or anybody has looked at? Probably none. Every President's opposition will look for something to pin on the President. Nothing has come of releasing the returns.LIAR. The last nine presidents of forty-six VOLUNTEERED to release their tax returns, they did not have a court order their release against their will in a witch-hunt looking for something they can find after digging through a man's life for seven years to finally be able to charge them with!
I agree whole heartily. If one wants to run for public office then we the people are entitled to see the tax returns.
Link? what a a dumbass. The person is not saying there is a law, they are saying they should in, their mind, and I agree.Link?
You are being one of Trump's bitches standing up for everything he does. Why are you such a totalitarian? No president released their taxes after the IRS was started in 1862 until Nixon over a hundred years later. You have no business or right knowing what people do with their money.
If Trump wasen't a liar claiming to be under audit & if his returns made him look good he would have released them going back to 2016 & forward to 2020. He refused because he doesn't want the Country to know that he's a tax dodging lowlife.Yeah, this doesn't smell right.
Yes, the guy is what he is (my list is too long to go into detail), but it's still his decision. Having a specific private citizen's taxes released to an obviously hyper-interested media doesn't sound very reasonable, even if they're redacted to some degree.
He should have released them but he didn't because he's a liar. But unless laws were proved to be broken, that should be his call.
Do you get paid to play a dope?He did?
