is a relatively poor country but the UAE ...got the oil. I do

"Shiite"-------I did observe that Iranians-----like neither

side. ---------- I am not sure that the emirs seek actual
involvement beyond moral support. I am almost certain

and socialized with Pakistanis for many decades------sometimes---some have expressed their resentment toward
the wealthy ----but, in their view "selfish" oil emirs. Over the years (1980s thru 2000's) I noted some admiration for
Osama-----and his "noble" agenda. The Taliban tended to
be followers of Osama -----sorta. Also the Sadaam attack on Kuwait------seemed to provide some Pakistanis with a level of satisfaction. Kuwait-----was a special target of
