I've seen white trash that fit many characterizations that engage in other types of goings on in life that are bad also, but they just use different reasons to do what they do, so I'm not going to pick on just one color as if such scheming things are unique to one race of people, but the suing thing does seem to fall more into favor for a minority because of politics these days, otherwise if one is of color when using the race card willy nilly in the way that it is sometimes being done in that way.

If the card is chosen to bring about such a lawsuit in such a manor by a person that is of color, then the law suit these days could favorably be won.
