In reality, billionaires and people with great wealth, power, and influence of the ex-president rarely see the inside of a prison cell. Their influence and money makes that almost impossible. I believe that the investigation of Trump will either last for years and just die or the charges will be reduced to misdemeanors and the prosecution will drop the charges. Are you saying the rule of law no longer applies?
The documents in a presidential library come from the National Achieves. By law the president is the custodian of presidential records while in office. When the president leaves office, the Director of the National Achieves becomes the custodian. On completion of the presidential library, the National Achieves is responsible for maintaining it. The president can choose the location and contribute documents and artifacts of importance in early life up to the inauguration. After inauguration the National Achieves is responsible for the content.Where do the documents in Presidential libraries come from? The document fairy.
I'm just saying what needs to be said to ignorant assholes like you.
You need to get a fucking God Damned grip.
You mean records in the presidential library? Documents are stored in the archives.Where do the documents in Presidential libraries come from? The document fairy.
The 15 boxes of "evidence" was turned over to records back in Jan of 2022.There is literally 15 boxes full of evidence - improperly stored presidential records of various classifications.
How damaged in the head do you have to be to say "no evidence"?
I'm not so sure. I mean, with the search warrant, the DOJ and the FBI have uncovered an immediate crime. Just this year a woman went to prison on related crimes of a lesser magnitude; In reality, billionaires and people with great wealth, power, and influence of the ex-president rarely see the inside of a prison cell. Their influence and money makes that almost impossible. A president that ignores and mocks the constitution, laws, regulations and policy can seem to be a miracle worker.A president that ignores and mocks the constitution, laws, regulations and policy can seem to be a miracle worker. However, it eventually catches up with them. We are now seeing the other side of the miracle worker, attempts to subvert the election process, fraud, irresponsible handling classified documents, and possibly espionage. Leaders like Trump, Putin, Xi Jinping, Kim Jong-un were all considered miracle workers because they gave their supporters what they wanted while undermining democracy which they hated because it was a threat to their political future.
So far, what has been leaked of what was found should put the FBI supervisors behind bars. A menu from Trump's birthday dinner, a cocktail napkin, some letters from Kim Jong Un, the note from shitstain obama. More recently revealed, Trump's own handwritten notes, a leather bound box of photographs, a leather-bound book of photographs (used to be called a photo album). Documents that have classified markings. But not marked classified. The documents in a presidential library come from the National Achieves. Donald Trump has said he would build a Trump library in Florida. It appears he took the presidential records in order to present his version of his presidency in that library. I have not seen any comment from the National Achieves on this. There may not be a Trump predental library but a library built by Trump as a monument to his glory.
The FBI stole? So, you are saying these documents belong to Trump? 18 U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material What's your evidence of that? The 15 boxes of "evidence" was turned over to records back in Jan of 2022.
They don't really know how much stuff the FBI stole from Mara-lago....they were just grabbing everything they could get their hands on.........and a shitload of it had to be returned.
The FBI is out of control....and the Attorney General needs to answer to charges of obstruction of justice and abusing his position.....not to mention destruction of evidence and political espionage.
Much more than you. You couldn't even provide us with one of those long winded bs links of yours telling me how it is inaccurate. Are you serious with that link?![]()

Proof?
He simply needs say they were declassified - and they were.
That's how it works.
Where do you think passing the buck stops? at the bottom or at the top?Yeah, that was gracious.
Another perspective offered (I cannot recall which newspaper I read it in. It was an opinion.).....but there was offered the view that the Trump enablers simply vacuumed up all loose stuff so that they could take it down to Mar-A-Lago and sift, sort, and winnow out any illegalities or embarrassments. In short, they didn't want to leave behind paperwork that may be reveal theirs...and Trump's .... culpability for criminal activity.
Which one is correct?
Well, I dunno.
- the 'gather it all, because we are disorganized now', we'll straighten it out and return it later.'
- or 'gather it all to keep the bad juju from being used against us'.
But could likely be persuaded towards one of those options.
No thanks. I'm still LMFAO at you bringing Low-Rance O'Dunghole quoting a NYT's opinion piece with no sources, Sparky.Much more than you. You couldn't even provide us with one of those long winded bs links of yours telling me how it is inaccurate.
The DOJ & FBI ALREADY, very PUBLICLY,You expect the DOJ to discuss national security secrets in the affidavit accompanying the search warrant to show cause.
The problem with all of that is the simple fact that Trump had authorization to remove those docs.....because he had an authorized facility at Mara-lago called a SCIF to keep all of that stuff in.The FBI stole? So, you are saying these documents belong to Trump? 18 U.S. Code § 1924 - Unauthorized removal and retention of classified documents or material What's your evidence of that?
What is your evidence the documents were being damaged by the FBI?
The 15 boxes of "evidence" was turned over to records back in Jan of 2022. If these records were turned over back in Jan, 2022, then how is it that the FBI stole them if they were returned? You aren't making any sense? You are contradicting yourself here right? What is wrong with you?
The FBI went there looking for any an all presidential records and anything marked classified. This is what is specified in the warrant and that is what they came away with in 12 boxes. This include over both classified documents plus more presidential documents. There could be a lot more. They did spend several hours searching but Mar A Lago is about 63,000 sq. ft with 126 rooms. To search every inch of that place plus out building would take days. They were probably limited by information provide by an informant. What the fuck you mean "can't prove?"
Maybe morons like you will eat up "planted" bullshit, but no sane jury will ever buy that nonsense.
FBI went there looking for specific documents they already well established that Trump had. Your assertion that no one could prove anything about documents collected at Mar-a-lago is just a fantasy in your dupe head.
