It seems like you are turning this Indiana doctor into some sort of villain unnecessarily. A police report was filed. The doctors involved followed the required procedures. Ohio law DID NOT have an exception in it’s abortion law for this, at least NOT one that would have guaranteed legal legitimacy for the doctor and no doctor is willing take the risk of losing his license or prison time. The doctors aren’t the villains here, the rapist is, and possibly the mother as an accomplice.Maybe they MIGHT -- IF THEY had used a rape kit on the child or preserved some fetal DNA. But this was recommended by the Illinois abortion director because SHE KNOWS if you take the child OUT of the state -- INDIANA isn't required to file a Child Protective order. To DO SO would 'violate the over-riding FEDERAL HIPPA laws".
Without that DNA evidence on the fetus or child -- there's likely no case. It's diabolical.

"Any 10-year-old who is pregnant has already been abused significantly by somebody," he said. "That probably should go without saying."
