UPDATE!--Backfire in Ohio: Mother is Pregnant by her 10 Year Old Child's Rapist!

You keep referencing science and doctors as if ignorant Republicans give a shit about those things. You think professionals are going to risk their careers and freedom on whether a Republican respects the opinions of doctors? Just look how much they respect the opinion of doctors who acknowledge transgendered individuals and would prescribe hormone treatments or blockers.

If all youre selling is political elixir -- I'm full up. Not interested. I'm interested in getting the abortion issue RIGHT -- after the political yahoo yelling/screaming is over.

Kind of seems this AG is talking out of his ass and grifting dumb mother fuckers on the right who would believe almost anything.

The doctor's report to state health officials on July 2 -- two days after the procedure -- indicates the pregnancy was the result of the patient being "abused."

After CNN got the documents Bernard filed with the health department, Rokita's office added: "As we stated, we are gathering evidence from multiple sources and agencies related to these allegations. Our legal review of it remains open."

CNN has asked the Indiana State Department of Child Services whether Bernard also filed a report with that office and also reached out to Ohio's attorney general.

Bernard's attorney said the doctor "took every appropriate and proper action in accordance with the law and both her medical and ethical training as a physician."

"She followed all relevant policies, procedures, and regulations in this case, just as she does every day to provide the best possible care for her patients," attorney Kathleen DeLaney said in a statement. "She has not violated any law, including patient privacy laws, and she has not been disciplined by her employer.

On Friday, DeLaney sent a cease and desist letter to the attorney general asking him to stop "making false and misleading statements about alleged misconduct by Dr. Bernard in her profession, which constitute defamation per se."

"We want (the attorney general) to stop the smear and then we want him to stop this dangerous rhetoric that he's using where he is whipping people up into a frenzy at a very unsettled time in our nation's history and we want to make sure that our client stays safe," DeLaney told CNN's Erin Burnett on Friday night.

I'll guess we'll know you're one of the mark ass bitches getting grifted by the right when talk of charging this doctor just evaporate into nothing.
Looks like a bunch if statements from the abortionists lawyer.

What do you expect them to say?

"Yeah...she eff'd up."

When has that ever happened?

Looks to me like you're the one being taken for a ride.

The Ohio doc simply concocted the work-around. NO PAPERS FILED IN the state of residence. And I HIGHLY DOUBT that the Indiana clinic filed any "child abuse" paperwork BECAUSE the STATE of Indiana HAS NO JURISDICTION ON THE CRIMES and would be VIOLATING over-riding HIPPA law by doing so.

In the report, Bernard also indicated that the child suffered abuse.

Indiana would still be required to notify Ohio of a possible crime!

If none of the doctors filed anything in Ohio then where did the charges come from that led to the arrest? It wasn’t the mother.

Ohio AG said there were NO PAPERS FILED on any child protection accusations that the state had received even several days after the diabolical Ohio abortion director executed this plan and they posted 'THE LIE" on social media.
The AG has also been caught out lying.

This has been a big embarrassment to them, so instead of going after the mother (who did not report it) and the rapist, they’re going after the abortion doctors who reported it in the first place! How effed up is that?

hey moron. Wake the fuck up from your CNN haze and realize

1) ONLY papers filed were in INDIANA, not in state of residence -OHIO.

2) The mom was TOLD to take the kid OUT OF STATE and the Ohio abortion counselor who set this up either DIDN"T KNOW the father or coached her to lie or mislead about the "father". Which SHE DID IN THOSE PAPERS. They were USELESS to the state of OHIO -- IF the State of OHIO EVER RECEIVED A COPY. Which I doubt. Because

3) Indiana has ZERO JURISDICTION ON THE CASE. AND the mother lied anyways.

4)

SURE. For the state of Indiana that's correct. But the state of Indiana has no interest in sharing medical records for legal purposes to the state of Ohio and cannot violate patient HIPPA PRIVACY law which ARE FEDERAL to SHARE with the state of Residency in Ohio. So the State of Ohio MISSED THE OPPORTUNTY OF OBTAINING DNA evidence from the fetus and will have a hard time with the case since the baby-momma LOVES her child rapist and wants to protect him.

Only required by Indiana law to apply to RESIDENTS of that state. Would violate HIPPA law to share with OTHER agencies. Only way it got to Ohio from Indiana was probably thru the press obtaining copies of the doctor's notes in Indiana. Because HIPPA law allows disclosure ONLY BY state law of the jurisdiction.

From the same article:

The young girl was raped in early May, and police in Columbus, Ohio, were first alerted to her pregnancy June 22, police documents and court testimony indicate.

There was already a case working it's way through court on Ohio when the abortion took place.
3) Indiana has ZERO JURISDICTION ON THE CASE. AND the mother lied anyways.
No one is disputing that the mother appears to lying and a party to her daughters rape, CNN however has corroborated these facts with documents filed in court in Ohio and with child services in Indiana independent of the mother's claims.

So you're mad Indiana didn't violate the law?

The Ohio AG said this:

Yost says there are three exemptions to the abortion ban:
  • Cases of ectopic pregnancy
  • Cases that would cause death of the mother
  • Cases that cause a serious risk of substantial, irreversible impairment to a major bodily function of the mother
None those would apply with out question, to this case.

And more lies from the AG…Docs dispute AG's claim that Ohio law allows 10-year-olds to get abortions - Ohio Capital Journal
NO, you’re just spewing shit again. You laughably claim doctors know the law better than the AG. Yost stayed that being 10 would automatically place her in the exemption list. Period. End of argument. Quit lying.

The narrative is officially crushed.

How does that change the fact that you right wingers claimed that this child's rape was a hoax?

It is NOT WRITTEN IN THE LAW. There is no exception for age. That means it could be prosecuted regardless of what the AG says.

The Ohio doctor could only know what the mother said about the identity of the rapist. Why would she “coach her” to lie?

You don’t know that.

Apparently, according to liberals, GRAVITY is racist as well, because it is a "construct" that keeps us all DOWN. ( never mind say the we use it to put satellites in orbit). Facts are NOT liberals' friend.

Stop lying moron. Bold facing your lies doesn’t make them true. Thinking it funny that Yost told the truth. You’re a lying idiot. I’ll take Yost’s word over you all day every day. Cry harder.

I’ll believe a doctor over a lying politician.

I told you that already. The AGeneral of ILLINOIS reminded folks that the kid WOULD be able to have an abortion under Illinois state law. This whole thing is about THE MOTHER NOT wanting the rape reported.

So she found an IMMORAL, law avoiding abortion director who got her into some chop shop in Indiana where they serviced the kid WITHOUT ANY QUESTIONS ABOUT CHILD ABUSE.

Who wants that? 10 yr old pregnant and an abortion provider WILLING TO PROTECT the child rapist? Which TURNS OUT to be the father of fetus the MOTHER IS NOW CARRYING.

You'd certainly TURN YOUR back on a CHILD AND WOMAN abuser. Wouldn't ya??????

No questions asked abortions --- DO NOT APPLY TO RAPED 10 year olds -- you despicable moron.
The provider in Indiana filled all the proper paperwork and the health service the child required.

You would use the state to force her to term, then ignore her.
