the dems already said they support and will fund border security, including some fencing and fence repairs to where is needed, but they want the allotted funds to go to all the other things I mentioned like more border security, scanners in ports, nore detention facilities, more immigration judges in courts, drones, radio fences, motion detectors, night vision technology, drones etc....

Those things aren't really optional, are they? Neither are bathrooms. Lots of portapotty rentals if nothing else. There will be a small army of construction workers in the middle of nowhere working on this Wall. They can't all ride in on camels and they need to eat and pee and probably get the internet for the contractors and engineers.
Those things must be taken into account.
