Now even so it still has nothing to do with the people's colors, but instead it's more about multiple characteristic's either aquirred or agreed upon by those coming together for what ever reason chosen. Color alot of times is used as an excuse, but that's all it is, is an excuse.

The root cause of the problems blacks face is white racism.
