What intelligence didn't we get? We killed bin Laden and we got his computers. and files. And his porn stash.

At that point, Bin Laden had very little to do with the day to day running of Al Qaeda, as it had broken up into independent cells. But letting the world know we killed that bastard was a major victory.

In 2008, we had the property surveyed and appraised, and it came out to a million dollars and some change. It has a cabin, a garage and a boat house and 200 feet of lakefront, which you really can't even get up there. (They stopped allowing boathouses to be built in 1998). A Neighboring property with only half our lakeshore sold for 850,000 and that was at the height of the recession.

Combine that with the value of other property i own, I have a lot of non-liquid assets, despite the best efforts of the people you support to destroy the middle class. Obviously, I can't sell them right now and i don't want to.

Your whole premise here, Double Wide, was that the intelligence was even actionable. You have yet to provide a link to a non-crazy website that claims it was.

First, all the documents were in Arabic and a lot of it was coded. Which means that a lot of time

Second, the fact is, they couldn't have kept it secret for more than a day. Again, one of the helicopters was crashed right in the compound. The images went out on Al Jazeera almost immediately. Even if we hadn't copped to killing Bin Laden and even if Bin Laden's patrons in the Pakistani military/intelligence hadn't let the word out we got him, it wouldn't have taken the other AQ shitheads to long to figure out what happened, and they'd have been gone.

Third, it's questionable how much actionable intelligence there actually was at that point. Bin Laden had long since ceased to play any role in commanding Al Qaeda, which had devolved into individual cells and lone wolves.
