That is not the healthcare exchange marketplace website. I have been trying to set up my account and the site is not working. As much as I am supportive of this, they are not off to a very good start. I can't even set up my account because the security questions are not showing up. I've been on hold for 30 minutes now waiting to talk to someone. I did get someone on their live chat help line, but she was not helpful at all. She told me it's a new website that was just set up, so try back later, lol.
