Per the FBI blacks are 3X more likely to commit a violent crime than whites per capita. That includes rape, murder, armed robbery and aggravated assault.

I havent looked at the statistics but i'd be willing to bet whites commit far more white collar crime than blacks. And i wouldnt pretend it wasnt true.
