Democrats - Stop bitching about Donald Trump. I don't agree with everything Rush Limbaugh says, but he is correct in pointing out Democrats do that more complaining about Trump than they do anything else - including legislation regarding our infrastructure, national debt, healthcare, education, military veterans etc. Democrats need to seek bipartisan legislation with Republicans, rather than insisting on having things their own way. If all the Democrats can do is bitch about Trump, they will get their butts kicked again, and deservedly so!

We have been going that way and republicans have been helping....They've just been insisting on taking the scenic route instead of the interstate.

Keep in mind, Mr. Independent, that during Primary season, all the candidates are catering to their Base - the crazies who get excited about Primaries and Caucuses. And for the Democrats, the main thing that binds them together is hatred of Donald Trump. Second is the hope that one day, the 30+million illegals will get the vote. So they will be talking about a lot of crazy stuff, but more than half of it will be, one way or another, "I hate Trump more than the other candidates do!"

As for the Republicans, there essentially will be no primary. Trump will win in every state, and the overall result of who the candidate will be is a foregone conclusion. But much of THEIR rhetoric will be about how crazy the Democrats are, so things like The Green New Deal, Medicare for Everyone, Free College, will be high on their list, and since these are manifestations of "democrat-socialism" you will hear that word being spoken time after time.

Obviously, January-October 2020, would be a good time to go on a personally-imposed "news" blackout, and just ignore everything.

We have some socialist activity yes. Such is life in an age of compromise. But most of what the Democrats claim is socialist is actually just a proper application of the general welfare clause. Infrastructure, police, fire and rescue, etc. They benefit all, not some unconstitutionally protected group.

Half the problem is we're still running ponzi schemes the Democrats created in the depression era, which should never have been allowed to become habitual.

I’m not a fan of president Trump, he is an entertainer and should be in that arena not a position of esteem or leadership... however I can’t agree with your assessment. All that does is validate the tit for tat that bounces right back once the dems gain power.
