What happened to the Democratic Party?

She didn't lose those delegates to Trump. Using your logic, Trump should have ceded his electoral votes to Biden?
huh? Trump did lose the electoral vote to Xiden, hence why Xiden is the President.

what the F are you talking about?

Harris and Trump ran against one another in primaries around the country, Trump won the vast majority of them and had the most delegates and enough to win the nomination. What part of that don't you understand?

Just like Xiden did, Harris got no votes

huh? Trump did lose the electoral vote to Xiden, hence why Xiden is the President.

And since he lost, he should have ceded his electoral votes to Biden, using your logic.

After all, if Haley's delegates, whom she won, get turned over to Trump at the convention, why not Trump's electoral votes turned over to Biden at the electoral college?

sure it does, the number of votes are based on the number of representatives in Congress
That's absolutely wrong

Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct, a Number of Electors, equal to the whole Number of Senators and Representatives to which the State may be entitled in the Congress:

Art 2, Section 1 US Constituiton
Look at what you said before (representatives)
And from Civics 101 it's senators and representatives.

Admit you were wrong

why? Xiden won, what would have been the point? he got the oval office. Haley dropped out of the race when she knew she couldn't win, Trump didn't know he didn't win until after the election was over.

That makes no sense.

um Senators are representatives, they along with the House, represent the State in Congress

huh no it wouldn't. She lost to trump, he got more votes, it's really not complex, she lost, had no chance of getting enough votes to win the nomination, and resigned and told her supportes to vote for Trump.
And when Biden resigned and told his supporters to vote for Harris?

In the GOP minds, all hell broke loose.

Again, if its the process that is sending your ilk into panty shitting hysterics, its the same process when Haley dropped out and released the delegates she'd won to vote for Trump.

Its the same process used at every convention for candidates who have dropped out, endorsing another candidates.

Not according to the Constitution Article 2 section 1

You're flunking both civics and reading.
Art Two Section 1 doesn't say Senators don't represent the states....hahahah wow, because of course, that's what Senators do

No it's not the same, Harris didn't get any primary votes. Stop lying

wrong again

You have senators, and you have representatives.

Read the f'ing constitution.

It was chaos, the primaries were over, Harris didn't win a single primary

It was remarkably unchaotic. Biden dropped out on a Sunday I believe. By Monday evening, enough of Biden's delegates had expressed support for Harris for her to become the presumptive nominee.

It took about a day.

The constitution defines what a senator is, and what a representative is, when used within the constitution.

If you want to use a generic term for both, it's congressman

holy f batman, you are weird, try reading the US Constitution, and taking a basic civics class
