A Representative, is a proper noun. I said represents (a vow) an action

Dude, you're obviously wrong. Senators and Representatives are different things in the Constitution.

A Representative in the Constitution is not a general 'vow of action' but a specifically defined role in the Constitution. And distinct from a Senator.

Look at Article 1, Section 1. They're pretty clear in defining their terms:

All legislative Powers herein granted shall be vested in a Congress of the United States, which shall consist of a Senate and House of Representatives.

There's no mention of your imaginary 'vow of action'. But instead, the House of Representatives. And the constitution is ridiculously clear of what a Representative is, being distinct from a Senator. There are even different age requirements and completely different sections.

"No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State in which he shall be chosen."

Article 1, Section 2

"No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States, and who shall not, when elected, be an Inhabitant of that State for which he shall be chosen."

Article 1, Section 3

She didn't lose those delegates to Trump. It would be akin to Biden getting Trump's electoral votes because he beat Trump in the electoral college.

That's not how it works. Why then is the GOP so 'anti-democratic', that that's the way it works at your primaries? If Haley's voters had wanted their delegates to go to Trump, they would have voted for him.

Smiling....its the exact same process that was used in the nomination of Harris. If it was 'anti-democratic', it would have been 'anti-democratic' during the GOP convention.

It wasn't then either.
One big difference, Harris wasn't running for president, she was just swapped in. Haley was actually running, realized she had no chance and dropped out.

You said representative, which is a constitutional noun.
Meaning it has a specific meaning when referenced to the US Constitution. Same as the noun senator.

Section 2: The House of Representatives

No Person shall be a Representative who shall not have attained to the Age of twenty five Years, and been seven Years a Citizen of the United States,

Section 3: The Senate

No Person shall be a Senator who shall not have attained to the Age of thirty Years, and been nine Years a Citizen of the United States,

what a "constitutional noun"?

Someone can be a Representative, sure that's a noun. Somone can represent you, they can do that in many ways.

In terms of Electors, the number is based on the amount of represenatives you have in Congress, which is two Senators, and whatever number of Representatives you have in the House, thus the population of your state determines the number of Electors you have

This really isn't a hard concept.

Harris has a 3.4-point lead over Trump in the latest average of national polls, collated by FiveThirtyEight. On average, Harris has been marginally ahead of Trump in national polls, though the race remains tight with variation in swing states.
