The FBI has an FD1023 from an operative. This form is used every time one of our operatives has information he picked up in the field.

It is not verified information, nor is it considered fact. This operative reporting what he heard, said he himself did not know the veracity of what he heard.

The FBI does not make open to the public FD 1023's because....

They are simply conversations, accusations of what they heard, and it is completely UNJUST to release accusations on another citizen, without it being verified, and strong....confirmed information that the FBI can use to prosecute, and only then if they are prosecuting the citizen for the proven crime or if a president, impeachment....other wise FD 1023's are never exposed to the public.
