Russia attacked Ukraine - that is in violation with international law. The reasons as to why Russia might find a justification for it's attack is a separate issue. And that separate issue was NOT acknowledged by the vast majority of the UN member countries.

Now back to "indigenous peoples evolutionary failures" - if SA would not have introduced Apartheid but shared their wealth and education system with the local Negros, the Coloreds and Asians (foremost Indians), we could have formed a majority coalition against these illegal Negro immigrants - relocate them jointly back to where they came from, and SA now would be ruled by educated Negros, Coloreds, Europeans and Asians. Instead SA is now ruled by, as you say; uneducated indigenous-migrant people with evolutionary failures.
