I should have learned my lesson after Clive Cussler's Raise the Titanic movie-ization debacle. Guess I'm a glutton for punishment...

What about the hatchet job they gave Sahara? Matthew McConaughey as Dirk Pitt? I don't fucking think so... William H. Macy as Admiral Sandecker? Did they even read the books? At least Raise the Titanic gave us Jason Robards as Sandecker.

I just pretend it doesn't exist.
