In a locked closet in an office you used during the Obama administration but not since. And when the Biden administration discovered they had those documents THEY notified NARA in order to give them back.

Allow me to make a few predictions.

This whole thing will result in no charges being filed. Probably a few house committees that will result in a lot of bluster but in a final report that clears everyone of wrongdoing. Something that will result in you and people like you crying that it is the swamp protecting its own regardless of the fact that the hearings will be led by Republicans.

On the other side Trump WILL be indicted for his handling of classified documents.

If there is a raid, Joe has had plenty of warning that it could happen.
By the time the raid goes down, all classified documents will have been shredded, burned and buried. All phones and computers will be washed clean or have their drives smashed into TINY pieces.

I personally doubt that any raid on Biden property will ever occur. For one thing Biden is a high level Democrat and they are above any and all rules of law. Secondly, the Feds might find evidence of crimes that would prove difficult to cover up. No.

He returned SOME of the boxes to the NA with their original request, but not all of them., and he and his attorney issued a sworn affadavit swearing UNDER OATH that all documents had been turned over. The NA found that there were still hundreds of documents not accounted for, and made several more requests, which were ignored, before finally requesting that the FBI get involved. He wasn't cooperating with them at all. He handed over a small portion of the documents, and then lied under oath, claiming that he had turned them all over, and that he didn't have anymote. That is why a search warrant was needed, because the NA knew he was lying, and he refued to coopeate with them.
