um; yes; in fact soldiers are in some ways more valuable. in addition to doing what others Americans have done for their country, and do every day; they went and put their lives on the live. that's why we have a day to honor veterans who are alive; and a day to honor the fallen ones

He hasnt been silent. He's expressed anger. He's denied knowing about it until he read it in the papers, despite reports Bush told him in 2009. Next he'll claim there isn't a smidgeon of corruption in the VA and the GOP is only using this for political purposes.
