After what we witnessed in 2020, I'd be suspect of their mental health if they DID want to be cops there.Not a lot of people want to work for ANY big city police dept, and many smaller cities too. Recruitment is down and guys are retiring early or quittin' for another job.
Can't really blame 'em either.
