Excellent question. Unfortunately even Falwell can't talk sense into every one who calls themselves a Christian.

---45% of Catholics and 39% of “Protestant/Other-denomination” Christians voted Democrat in the 2016 Presidential Elections, according to Pew. In other words, Christians have the power to swing the 2020 election---

for the same reason they vote republican,,
its the kool ade,,,

I know Christians who are Democrats. They're the same useful idiots who believe in same-sex marriage, merging cultural Marxism with Christianity and social justice, feminism, interfaith dialogue, amnesty for illegal aliens, and turning churches into community organizations for social justice.

There's even a name for what they practice: It's called "Marxianity."

So do I. Although I'm not either.

They're the same useful idiots who believe in same-sex marriage,
So do I. Frankly I don't know why anyone gives a shit... But then I also believe the Federal government shouldn't have anything to do with marriage... Just giving out social contracts between people. I'm good with that. Church's marry people. Not the government. ( My opinion, obviously at this time the government does in fact marry people )

merging cultural Marxism with Christianity and social justice
That's fucked up.

Didn't used to be so bad. I'm an old school feminist... You know... Equal opportunity. This new age bullshit has gotten out of hand.

interfaith dialogue
I'm going to have to look that on up.. *googles*

Mmm... I don't see a problem with that. Seems not only sane, but a huge positive.

amnesty for illegal aliens
I personally don't have a problem with that either... I say they shouldn't vote, and they shouldn't get federal government aid... But if they commit no crimes... Good on them. Welcome to America, you are better off if you try to legalize yourself.

and turning churches into community organizations for social justice.
Bah... Social justice has gotten a bad rap from the same kind of people that took feminism to the brink of retardation.

There's even a name for what they practice: It's called "Marxianity."
Yeah.. Marxism is bad. That's true enough.

Falwell is not exactly a Christian himself. What does he know.

Why bother about Christians voting for Democratic candidates? The Democratic candidates have done an infinitely better job of developing policies that are consistent with Christian beliefs than the republican have.

They are CINOS. Not real Christians. Christians cannot vote Democrat

I think republicans can't be Christians, they are mainly in the tramp cult, they think Tramp is God.

I know a pastor who recently gave a sermon against Trump. In the past, he has never made mention of any political names but seeing Trump holding a Bible in his hand while Evangelicals swarm around him in support was more than he could stand as he views Trump high jacking the movement. The pastor is also against abortion.

I think that many Christians simply don't really equate abortion with genocide though even though they say they do. In other words, if Donald Trump was in Nazi Germany and was the only one who opposed the genocide would you vote for him?

But in the past, the Catholic church remained strangely silent during the Holocaust as well. It was either that or loose their precious Vatican and be hunted down as well, so they chose to preserve their lives and their treasure instead of taking a public stand against the Nazi regime which would have given them headaches PR wise.

But today the Pope gives sermons on the evils of building walls and ignores the world wide genocide of abortion, at least, a genocide according to the official church teaching

Courage is such a rare commodity.

yet many catholic priests were killed at the hands of the Nazis. Also its no ones business who gets an abortion or not. Tramp probably paid for abortions and has a nda on that person. He is not pro life, just because he wants the evangelical vote.

Nazis killed pretty much everyone, including themselves.

But as a famous pastor who was thrown in jail said to someone inquiring as to why he was thrown into jail in Nazi Germany, "The question is not why I'm in jail, the question is why you are not in here with me."

Shrug. Socialists have a thirst for genocide and kill'in today just like they did in Nazi Germany

Good question. Liberal "Christians" preach a doctrine of hierarchy, not unlike the temple system with its aristocracy of hypocrites that God so detested.

The Founding Fathers were appalled at the Church of England as the State preached from the pulpit.

But the movement of Black Liberation Theology begins to take it's grip on the nation, the theology that Obama was under, the return of the state to the pulpit has once again taken root.

Now we here men like Jeb Bush saying we should embrace illegal aliens because Jesus said we should, while dismissing the parts of the Bible that talk about sexual practices and the sanctity of life as needing a separation of church and state to keep those issues separate from our laws.

It's funny, isn't it, how lefties say they don't believe in God (but disparage Him as if they do), and then claim to be Christians.

Every time you hear them say how we need to embrace illegals or give welfare, etc., Jesus is mentioned.

Then when the subject of abortion or gay marriage comes up, we need a separation of church and state.

But this is done with the Constitution as well. When the Constitution can be used to push a point it is used, but when it conflicts with what is wanted it simply gets ignored.

Such is the world of the politics of men.

Today's liberals are like their predecessors, the Nazis and the KKK. They invoke Christianity to serve their agenda.

Sure, Hitler even claimed to be a Christian.

Hitler secretly preferred Islam but being in a predominantly Christian influenced society, felt trapped. Had the Catholic church publically condemned Nazism it would have created many problems for them.

The only part of the Bible Hitler thought was legit was the part Jesus chased the moneychangers out of the temple with a whip. The rest he viewed as corrupted, much like Islam views the Bible today.

The media keeps saying that today's Nazi movement, which is extremely small, is part of the "right" wing.

The term Nazi means socialist, but somehow the nationalist label makes all the difference. How exactly?

The only part of the GOP platform they may embrace is securing the border, but that issue is not a racial issue, even though it may be for the national socialists. It's about border security and the ability of government to decide immigration policy instead of illegals imposing it for them. But then, with socialists all they see is race, much like the current DNC and previous Nazi regime.

Race, Race, Race everywhere!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No Christians vote Democrat.
“Not everyone who says to me, ‘Lord, Lord,’ will enter the kingdom of heaven, but only the one who does the will of my Father who is in heaven.22Many will say to me on that day, ‘Lord, Lord, did we not prophesy in your name and in your name drive out demons and in your name perform many miracles?’23Then I will tell them plainly, ‘I never knew you. Away from me, you evildoers!’
