Actually I don't realize it because these are taxes on PROFIT. Meaning Corps don't pay this tax on the money they spend to hire more people.

Publicly traded Corps are REQUIRED to maximize profits to it's shareholders, so first and foremost their concern is to pocket profits not spend more on hires.

To the owners of a corporation tax liability is an expense just like anything else to be reflected in the price of the goods and services. They only do the pass through.
