I wonder why.Question, Wry: How does one address emotions and hyperbole with facts?
Apparently you interpreted my post as "emotion" and "hyperbole", ....[Emphasis added] Just for starters. The Republican Party needs to put country first and that won't happen. Their only policy that has been in effect, and has been affective, is working to make Obama fail. Every idea has been ridiculed and falsely characterized as "Socialism" or worse, and every need all of us seem to be concerned with can be fixed by the one magic bullet held by the conserviatives: Tax Cuts.
....
My post was not "emotional" nor was it "hyperbole", it was and remains an accurate description of the behavior of the Republcan Leadership. If you were not one of the willfully ignorant, I could easily post examples of Boehner and McConnell (as well as legions of RWers on this MB and others) calling Obama a "Socialist", and worse.
The R leadership has not offered anything of substance to mitigate the economic and poitical problems are nations faces today (a direct result of their failed ideology) other than cut taxes, cut spending, cut regulations - two of which got us into the problems we have today, one of which was NOT cutting spending.
Want hyperbole and emotion (as well as hate and fear mongering)? Read the posts of RWers on this message board, listen to Palin, the governor of Arizona, or Limbaugh, Hannity, Gingrich or Joe the phony plumber.
Better yet, watch this and you'll see one in person (or, you could simply look in a mirror):

Of course today the RW and the Republican Party strategy (are they now one and the same?) are calling the President a "Muslim". Hate and fear anyone?
