Why is there only ONE Attorney General of the US? That's not American

It's funny though, Dems in this thread defending 1 AG support rigging the SCOTUS by appointing a bunch more justices until it's rigged in their favor.

It is partisanship at its worst not to have 2 AGs, one Republican and one Democrat (although there aren't many true Democrats left...) and/or a third one who is Independent?

Otherwise we will continue to have distrust of our gummit. Everyone will continue to think that all decisions made by the DOJ are politically motivated. And during the bidum admin, that is TRUE.

Doesn't that twisted logic mean we have two presidents, two vice-presidents, two House Speakers, etc...?

And can you show where Democrats or Republicans are mentioned in the Constitution as being so special, they're each constitutionally guaranteed a spot as the nation's top cop?

Not everyone is a Republican or a Democrat. There are plenty of good lawyers who see justice as blind and they keep their opinions at a distance and follow the letter of the law.

There are not enough of them.

Until the corrupt Biden and his equally corrupt AG Garland, we really didn't have much of a concern over the weaponization of the DOJ.

Sure, Holder and Lynch covered Obama's and other Democrats' asses. But, for the most part, they didn't bring politically motivated criminal prosecutions.
That was the nudge.
That's how these Marxists do the slow roll.
Now they are emboldened and have the hubris to shove all their maleficence in our faces and say, "Whatchya gonna do about it?"

Section 503 US Code. It should be noted that state A.G.'s are elected in most states but appointed in the federal government.

OMG Seriously?
A Federal Government one tenth size we have now would be far different. The corruption, the lies and the sellouts would be minimized. The founding fathers, with their flaws from the time warned us. We paid no attention and are seduced from the infections forced onto the constitution.

Funny how you weren't saying that when Trump was weaponizing the government to attack Democrats. You loved that. Every Trump cultist did. You were suckling at the anus of corruption, and so proud to show everyone.

We are not like you. We don't use the government to attack political opponents. That sort of stinking corruption only comes from the right.
When did trump wwapnize the DOJ to attack dems? Who?
