I've known a lot of women who got an abortion. I used to be a volunteer in a Planned Parenthood office, back when I was a liberal. If they haven't thought of these frivolous reasons, it was our job to remind them.

I think it would be very difficult for a woman to see the ultasound and have the abortion. My other feeling is that if you are going to do this then it is up to the taxpayers to all chip in and help support the child. In many cases the mother cannot afford to raise the child. Therefore, if we are going to encourage pregnant women to do this I think its not a terrible idea but there needs to be support AFTER the child is born, it doesnt end at birth. More incentive. I dont think we could have it any other way.

Sure. If they are going to abort for the bolded reasons, they are obviously very immature, and have no reason being a parent. Dumpster babies, orphanages, treated terribly etc. You think a 16 year old mom is going to be there for her kid/kids? No, they are 16 and do not understand what they have gotten into. They have no idea of responsibility of that magnitude

The child should be taken away. No woman should have babies as a career opportunity so she can get more benefits and make more money. Take the child away and adopt it out.
