Considering that coat hangers were mainly used in "back alley" abortions, and clinics don't use coat hangers for much other than hanging coats, I'm pretty sure you'd be allright. Hell, you might even get someone to help you out.

And also, considering that most cars today don't have manual door locks, coat hangers wouldn't be useful anyway.
