In that disputed election of Bush John Roberts went to Governor Jeb Bush to explain what Jeb had to do to get the Court to find the election in Bush's favor. Bush soon appointed Roberts with appointment to the Supreme Court as Chief Justice.

Overconfidence creates over investment in risky markets and miscalculations about growth. At some point folks will begin selling off those investments and putting their funds in more secure investments.
