There are links to articles on both sides of the argument that the children were and were not abused. it is still just a diversion, a justification for needlessly ramming tanks onto the building without knowing where the women and children were, for endangering their lives WHEN THEY DID NOT HAVE TO AT THAT TIME AND IN THAT WAY, FOR THE UNNECESSARY DEATHS of those women and children.
