Zone1 Wow we really are one Nation under God

Any slave owner was a person of ill repute. I cannot even respect them at all founding father or not.
Jefferson gave us a nation where every individual would never be a slave to a monarch ever again.

At worst he was an imperfect human for accepting slavery as a means to his family’s wealth, but he did something for the betterment of all mankind with that wealth. He was not a Trump pig trying to put an end to Jeffersonian democracy by weaponizing a mob to overturn the election he lost.

Really good video detailing how literally everything about our founding and thereafter was bible based.
amvrt #1 “Really good video detailing how literally everything about our founding and thereafter was bible based.”

{ nfbw #63 to amvrt #1 } David Barton has no literal language in the Constitution or in any other historical document or writings by the founders that affirms his cockamamie concept that the separation of powers were inspired by God from the Book of Isaiah. Isaiah 33:22 says, ‘For the Lord is our judge, the Lord is our lawgiver, and the Lord is our king.’ So, there you have it Barton says we have three branches of government, and they’re all ‘the Lord” making it impossible to have separation of Church and State.

It’s so absurd to think God is our Supreme Court, God is our Congress and God is our King,

I don’t ever recall voting for some supernatural being dude named God to represent me in Congress or be my President,

Why would anyone bother arguing against God before the Supreme Court?

  • Jefferson: “Millions of innocent men, women and children, since the introduction of Christianity, have been burned, tortured, fined and imprisoned. What has been the effect of this coercion? To make one half the world fools and the other half hypocrites; to support roguery and error all over the earth.“

{nfbw #64 to amvrt #1 } Jefferson was a rational theist who never believed Jesus was the Son of God. He never had faith that the Holy Bible was the Word of God. In fact he cut his Bible up and tossed out all the corrupted supernatural irrational stories like the resurrection.

Yet he became our third president after being labeled an atheist with a low opinion of organized Christian religion

During his political career, Jefferson’s religious views—or lack thereof—drew fire from his fellow colonists and citizens. The Federalists charged him with atheism and rebellion against Christianity during the vicious 1800 election.
Among them was Theodore Dwight, a journalist who claimed that Jefferson’s election would shoo in the end of Christianity itself. “Murder, robbery, rape, adultery, and incest will be openly taught and practiced, the air will be rent with the cries of distress, the soil will be soaked with blood, the nation black with crimes,” he prophesied.

Lying won’t help. Trump did not weaponize any mob. They had no weapons you fool. They were mostly grandpas and grandmas. If you want to make a difference from this point on, stop lying.
It turns out the Clintons and Biden’s are doing the bidding to ruin the Constitutional Republic Jefferson established that eventually led to the end of slavery in America.
Without the Founding Fathers, Slavery would have continued because there would have been no USA that eventually led to the abolishment of slavery. They were imperfect men like you. But, they saw a path to a better way. Had they attempted to end slavery in 1776 and 1789, the nation that end it would never have been put together. They did what they could at the time. Stop trying to re-write history because it is causing a greater division now.

The mob was the weapon. Do you think the proud boys and the oath keepers, about 100 of them , could’ve taken the capital like they did, without couple thousand angry Trump idiots in the mob attacking security points.

Stupid human being, Trump supporter Ashli Babbitt texted her ignorant belief that there were 3 million Trump patriots attacking the Capitol with her that day. Fortunately, defender of democracy put her in the ground to put her out of her misery and be minus one in the Qanon cult.

The reason that the colonies began to exist and eventually come together as a nation was for one reason only, to have a place where there was freedom of religion. That was the most important reason for God to inspire our Constitution in such a way that the Lord could come and call a prophet of God again to open up the last days and restore His Church again.

This is the only good argument I have ever heard claiming that America is a Christian nation.

NFBW: It’s a horrible argument Easily debunked by a study of our first four rational theist presidents who were the core of our secular freedom of religion founding

You posted speculation.

I posted contemporary commentary by a Doctor of Divinity and practicing Christian which is corroborated with Washington’s biography. Scholars use such information to produce an accurate picture of Washington’s religion and the consensus is he was a rational theist and a Freemason. He never professed his personal belief in the divinity of Christ. END221010-2041

You posted speculation.

Yes, your premise is false, cheery picking what Jefferson wrote and posting what his enemies said.

Washington was a Freemason And Franklin was too

Freemasonry, Eastern Star, and other similar “secret” organizations seem to be harmless fellowship gatherings. Many of them appear to promote belief in God. However, Freemasonry, also sometimes called the Craft, does not have belief in the one true God in view; rather, each man must “act with courage, fidelity, and devotion to his God” (www.freemason.com/master-mason, accessed 11/15/22, emphasis added). Freemasonry teaches the existence of a “Supreme Being,” whoever that may be: the god of Islam, Hinduism, or any other religion will do. The unbiblical beliefs of Masonry are partially hidden by a supposed compatibility with the Christian faith. The following is a comparison of what the Bible says with what Freemasonry teaches:

hqdefault.jpg

Salvation from Sin:

The Bible’s View: Jesus became the sinner’s sacrifice before God when He shed His blood and died as the payment for the sins of all those who believe (Ephesians 2:8–9; Romans 5:8; John 3:16).

Freemasonry: The very process of joining a lodge requires apprentices to ignore the exclusivity of Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior. Freemasonry focuses on good works in the pursuit of personal self-improvement: “By returning to lodge, witnessing the degrees, and becoming an active part of the Masonic community, a man can build himself into a better man” (ibid., accessed 11/15/22).

The View of the Bible:

The Bible’s View: The Bible is the Word of God (2 Timothy 3:16; 1 Thessalonians 2:13). It is God-breathed and authoritative in all areas of life.

Freemasonry: The Bible is only one of seven commonly used Volumes of Sacred Law (VSLs), all of which are deemed equally important: “The Holy Book of any religion may be used as a VSL, provided that it teaches and its adherents believe in a Supreme Being” (https://grandlodgeofiowa.org/docs/Freemasonry_Religion/VolumeofSacredLaworiginal.pdf, accessed 11/15/22). The Bible is an important book, but only as far as those members who claim to be Christians are concerned. The Bible is not considered to be the exclusive Word of God or God’s sole revelation of Himself.

The Doctrine of God:

The Bible’s View: There is only one God. To worship other gods or to call upon other deities is idolatry (Exodus 20:3). Paul spoke of idolatry as a heinous sin (1 Corinthians 10:14), and John said that idolaters will perish in hell (Revelation 21:8).

Freemasonry: All members must believe in a deity. Different religions acknowledge the same God, but they call Him different names. Freemasonry invites people of all faiths. Even if they use different names for the “Nameless One of a hundred names,” they are praying to the one God and Father of all. Manly Hall, a 33rd degree Mason, wrote, “The true Mason is not creed-bound. He realizes with the divine illumination of his lodge that as a Mason his religion must be universal: Christ, Buddha, or Mohammed, the name means little, for he recognizes only the light and not the bearer” (The Lost Keys of Freemasonry, p. 65, cited by Wise, R., Freemasonry and the Christian Church – Are Masons Christian?, accessed 11/15/22).

The Doctrine of Jesus and the Trinity:

The Bible’s View: Jesus is God in human form (Matthew 1:18–24; John 1:1). Jesus is the Second Person of the Trinity (Matthew 28:19; Mark 1:9–11). He is fully human (Mark 4:38; Matthew 4:2) and fully divine (John 1:1–2, 14; 20:28; Acts 4:10–12). Christians should pray in Jesus’ name and proclaim Him before others (John 14:13–14; 1 John 2:23; Acts 4:18–20).

Freemasonry: There is no exclusivity in Jesus Christ or the Triune God who is the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Jesus is equated to persons in pagan religions: “The Hindus called him Krishna; the Chinese, Kioun-tse; the Persians, Sosiosch; the Chaldeans, Dhouvanai; the Egyptians, Horus; Plato, Love; the Scandinavians, Balder; the Christians, Jesus; Masons, Hiram” (The Kentucky Monitor, 1946, pp. XIV–XV, cited by www.emfj.org/salvat.htm, accessed 11/15/22).

Human Nature and Sin:

The Bible’s View: All humans are born with a sinful nature and need a Savior from sin (Romans 3:23; 5:12, Psalm 51:5; Ephesians 2:1). Because of the fall, humanity has within itself no capacity for moral perfection (1 John 1:8–10; Romans 1:18–25).

Freemasonry: Through symbols and emblems, Masons teach that man is not sinful but in a process of self-improvement. As Deputy Grand Master R. W. Donald Gardner Hicks, Jr., said, “The lesson we teach is that the Rough Ashler [a rough-cut stone] represents ourselves rude and imperfect by nature, but that the Perfect Ashler [a stone with smooth sides and square edges] is that state of perfection at which we hope to obtain, by a virtuous education, our own endeavors and the blessing of God” (“Masonry: Faith, Hope and Charity,” Proceedings, pp. 2004–94). Human beings possess the ability of moving from imperfection toward total perfection.

When a Christian takes the oath of Freemasonry, he is swearing to the following doctrines that God has pronounced false:

1. Salvation can be gained by man’s good works.

2. Jesus is just one of many equally wise prophets.

3. He approaches the lodge in spiritual darkness and ignorance (the Bible says Christians are children of the light).

4. The Great (or Grand) Architect of the Universe (GAOTU) is representative of all gods in all religions.

By swearing the Masonic oath and participating in the rituals of the lodge, Christians are perpetuating a false gospel. Even if the Christian Mason knows the truth and believes in Christ, other lodge members are trusting in Freemasonry’s plan of salvation to get to heaven. By his membership in a syncretistic organization, the Christian has severely compromised his witness.

Masonry contradicts the clear teaching of Scripture on numerous issues. As a result, a Christian should not be a member of any organization that has any connection with Freemasonry.

You mean the grandpas and grandmas who were let in by the police? Then one of the police shot that woman just standing there? And we know now with the released video, there was no mob violence going on. Nothing like was going on in Portland and major Democrat Party run cities burning down buildings owned by African Americans, trashing and burning private and public vehicles, beating and killing many people by Antifa and BLM. What’s wrong with you?

Such a liar. But what else can be expected by someone who champions race riots burning down cities they came to be the heroes for the Blacks in America. They keep them shackles in the chains of welfare by their own Black Democrats.

So, you don’t believe in repentance. I feel sorry for you. You are being deceived and thus there is no repentance for you. You also forget Adam said no to Satan. However, when Eve remembered that they were given another commandment to have children, she knew to partake of the fruit so that man may be. Once she did, Adam then could keep that other commandment by sacrificing his own life too as Eve did. Have you sacrificed your life for anyone or put yourself in harms way for another? There is more but you aren’t ready for it. So, for their sacrifice they were promised a Savior for repentance for their sins and all mankind. I really feel sorry for you. You have no hope for life after death.
I would hate to be in your shoes and think all that unreality is true.

Do you see fires, people getting beat? Any real destruction like BLM and Antifa have done to government buildings and private property. The Constitution allows for peaceful protest. So, get a grip.

{nfbw #72 to ugvrbr #70 }Name one thing I posted that is not true. Can you make a case that George Washington and Benjamin Franklin and other founding fathers were not Freemasons. Or that they believed in the divinity of Jesus Christ?
Still waiting. They believed in God and were free masons.

The mob attack on the Capitol was as not a peaceful protest.

The mob did not attack the Capitol. If they would have like BLM and Antifa, there would have been a huge amount of damage and probably burned down. There was no fire and no real damage inside or outside. Your use of the word “attack” is stupid. No guns except for the police who shot and killed a woman for no reason.
