So states cannot deprive persons of life, liberty and property unless they give them due process.

So this does not apply to a Syrian in an airport in Syria. It applies to illegal aliens but the state doesn't prosecute illegal aliens. It also doesn't bestow constitutional rights on illegal aliens, it just says states have to give them due process.

Let's clarify... The Federal Constitution says STATES have to afford persons "due process" and that is all. The Fed is obligated to protect due process for citizens and foreign nationals residing here. Through statutory law, it also extends due process to aliens here illegally. "Due process" is FAR from full Constitutional rights.

Also.. "due process" is not defined and can be ambiguous. Judge Roy Bean probably had a much different idea than say, Ruth Bader Ginsberg... just guessing. This is why statutory laws were needed to clearly define what IS due process.

You need to go read your Constitution, specifically, Articles I, II and III. There are specific powers granted to each branch of the government. We call this "separation of powers" and each branch has their own responsibilities without regard for the other two.

What would you think if a President said... "I'm going to pass a bill!"? And he just writes up a bill and says... This is now the law of the land! Can he do that? Well, that's actually what Obama did with DOCA and DOPA, but Constitutionally, that's a no-no.... the Congress is where bills are passed. Okay... what if Congress said... you know what? We don't like Roe v. Wade, so we're going to overrule it! Is that okay? No... you see, they CAN'T do that Constitutionally. Just like the Courts can't say the president doesn't have the authority to do what the Constitution says he has the authority to do. They simply have no oversight when it comes to enumerated powers of the other two branches.

Funny. So-called enumerated powers may be subject to court review and maybe even input from Congress if the president is bending and stretching those powers - and ultimately the Supreme Court.

It's like you are arguing... quite literally... that the court can "review" a Declaration of War by Congress! It cannot! It has no Constitutional jurisdiction. Declaring wars is an enumerated power granted to Congress and only to Congress... NOT THE COURT!
