Uhhh nope... but want to make it that people are not FORCED to join the union to work at a certain employer... that if they don't like the union, or like what it does or stands for, that they can freely work and negotiate their own compensation and benefit right next to those who think they need the union

They exploit you by taking your money and offering you a pittance such as a 10 cent raise or some other assorted paltry gimmick. I've done better negotiating without a union. Never have been a member and never will.

There is no reason why a child old enough to commit a robbery, particularly an armed robbery can't be picking strawberries in the fields. Children used to be sent to apprenticeship at 7 years old to start learning a useful trade.

Because for the most part, they've served their purpose.

The last thing an employer wants is a organized workforce. So they've learned the hard way to make sure to treat their workers with a bit of respect and keep the unions at bay.

But unions are still a necessary evil to maintian the balance between worker rights and employer greed.

Unions and craft guilds are an integral part of a free market economy and should not be hampered. Unions for government workers are a sham.

There is no doubt that the efforts of early union organizers, yes, including members of the ACP, have helped shape America for the better. There, is no doubt, too, that organizing government workers presents a genuine danger to America.

Personally, I'd like to see everyone who works for Walmart walk out the door right now, form a line, and bust anyone who tries to cross it with an ax handle taken from the home and garden department.
