You didn't build that, and now, you didn't earn that

Obama is the Luckiest Fumbduck on Planet Earth!

That's what is absolutely hilarious. I guarantee you that he doesn't think it was luck that got him through Harvard.

And it wasn't either.
Even though he said it was?

I'd like to see a quote of Obama's where he says it was pure luck that he got into and graduated from Harvard.
Who said anything about pure luck? Look at his comments where he said hard work and luck.

"because, yes, you've worked hard, but you've also been lucky."

“Be confident in your heritage, be confident in your blackness.”

Nowhere in that quote did he say "I got lucky to get through Harvard" or anything close to it. Even by your standards that was weak.

Where did he say he wasnt lucky as you claimed? He didnt exclude himself from that statement so by default any intelligent person would understand he felt the same about himself. Your claim and denial are weak.

Obama, July 13, 2012:
I'm always struck by people who think, "wow, it must be because I was just so smart". There are a lot of smart people out there! "It must be because I worked harder than everybody else". Let me tell you something: There are a whole bunch of hard working people out there!

Obama, Howard University, May 7, 2016:

And that means we have to not only question the world as it is, and stand up for those African Americans who haven’t been so lucky -- because, yes, you've worked hard, but you've also been lucky. That's a pet peeve of mine: People who have been successful and don’t realize they've been lucky. That God may have blessed them; it wasn’t nothing (sic) you did.

It wasn't nothing (sic) you did. You didn't build that.

That's quite a message. That's our slogan now. America, 2016.
.

The president has never said that hard work and initiative aren't part of the equation. He never said that entrepreneurs did not build their businesses.

Mac has been lying about this for a long time. Someone who isn't on his iggy list should explain it to him again. He doesn't like hearing it, though.

Obama: "It wasn't nothing you did."

THat was Obama saying what you said he didn't say.

The thread premise is quite a straw man fallacy.

No, it is really not.

It is mostly QUOTES from the President and Mac honestly drawing attention to the President's points.

Yes, I've seen that form of lying before.

I'm not sure what the technical term of it is, but I can describe the way it works and provide an example.

What the propagandist does is sprinkle his statements with small phrases that contradict his message.

THus, when called on his bullshit, the con man can, or his partisans can use those statements to deflect from an honest discussion on the merits of the message.

A good example would be, if I were to say to you "Asclepias, no offense meant, but, you are an asshole."

And then where you became offended, I would claim, "But I said, no offense meant".

Boy some of you white guys are going to be really butthurt when Obama retires and can direct all his attention to the Black community.

Here is some of the Black communties reaction to the speech at Howard.

"one for the ages"

Activists on Obama's speech to Howard graduates: 'It's one for the ages'

Actually, I think the people who will be most "butthurt" by an Obama post presidency are gong to be libs who will have their past defenses of him revealed to be the words of willing dupes.

Do you think Obama will make up with the raving anti-American racist, Rev Wright?

Pretty sure it will be you under educated, poor white guys that are upset about not being able to go to the front of the line or yell ****** without getting beat up.

I greatly appreciate you sharing your ignorant view of whites.

I have hopes that constant exposure to how bigoted and hateful you are, will eventually wake up a lib or two on this site.

FYI, nothing in your post has anything to do with reality.

Dumbass.

Successful people are lucky just ask any failure

What Obama, and his sycophants , leave out is that by and large people make their own luck. Yes , of course there are times when a person just happens to meet the right person, or just happens to fall into the deal of a lifetime or whatever, but overall people make their own luck, be it good or bad.

Incorrect.

Has anyone noticed that when Obama said "It wasn't nothing you did " that sentence actually means " it IS what you did" since two negatives make a positive?
