Your thoughts on Trump's insults of prosecutors and judges

After hundreds of bank executives and fund managers went to prison for overvaluing their assets and causing the crash?

Yes please, tell us more about that.🤣
How about you tell us all more about that. Let’s see the list of bankers that went to jail. Compare that with the list of who got bail outs.

This should be an interesting read. Lay it on us.

That's right, it protects the banks and the consumers and the insurance companies and the economy in general. That's why these laws against fraud exist.

Again, this is the most basic of information, and you are embarrassing yourself.
When a loan is made and paid back who needs protection.

Because he broke state law. Laws that exist to protect banks and insurance companies from criminals like trump.

Again, the most basic information of this case.
Oh puhleeze. Trump hasn't done anything that millions of mortgage holder's haven't done. Biden, on the other hand, has taken tens of millions in bribes from our enemies. He sold out his country. He is a genuine criminal.

Everybody. Whether or not the loan was paid back is irrelevant. If you steal from your employer, and put it back in the register two days later, it's still a crime.

And if you take it to the casino and win five thousand dollars, you have to forfeit that, too.

Just because you are just now finding out about reality doesn't mean it doesn't exist or make sense.
Post a link dude, tired of your talking without evidence

Getting a loan isn’t stealing you retard. It’s also not a crime to pay off a loan in satisfaction of the contract you signed.

How long are you going to keep this stupid shit going before you apologize and back out?

How? What did they lose? Don't say taxes because that has nothing to do with his valuation of his properties.

They lost truth and fairness in business practices and In the Business marketplace.
Have you been following the trial each day?? Or have you read the Judgement Summary?

Here it is, 5 years after the investigation was initiated, that Trump was able to stall with denying and fighting subpoenas, and motions to dismiss, and motions to delay etc etc etc made frivolously by the defense team

It now makes sense on why Letitia James allegedly Re-ran on getting Trump for his crimes committed...with all the delays and nonsense his lawyer put up...

If it were Hunter (or Joe) who had a propensity to engage in persistent fraud by submitting false and misleading, Statements of Financial Conditions, to qualify for loan terms....

would you be thoughtlessly defending Hunter and his actions with the same robust intensity?

No, it isn't.
Getting a loan under false pretenses IS.

What Is Mortgage Fraud?

May 15, 2023 — Mortgage fraud involves any kind of deliberate deception—from a borrower, lender or other insider—to fund, purchase or insure a mortgage loan.

Mortgage fraud is a deliberate act to deceive a mortgage underwriter, lender or borrower in the process of buying, funding or insuring a mortgage loan. Both borrowers and lenders can commit mortgage fraud, either to gain ownership of a property or to steal from lenders or homeowners.

Home Appraisal Fraud

Home appraisal fraud occurs when a home is fraudulently inflated beyond its actual value. A higher home appraisal usually leads to a higher home price and more cash for the home seller.

Appraisal fraud is particularly common in property flipping, where a home is purchased below the market value and immediately resold at a profit with an inflated appraised value.

What Is the Penalty for Committing Mortgage Fraud?

Mortgage fraud is a serious offense and can lead to prosecution and even jail time. Under U.S. federal and state laws, mortgage fraud can result in up to 30 years in federal prison and up to $1 million in fines, with specific consequences depending on the details of the crime.
