2020 Ties for Hottest Year on Record, NASA Says (Nullfying 10,000 "it's cold this morning" posts here)

If it is warmer, why is this year, 20 degrees cooler where i am at? Your racist math doesnt add up.
That's not a logical question if your IQ is over 90.
It could be 20 degrees warmer OR cooler "where you are" (on any given DAY) at any of millions of spots on the globe.
That's why they use Tens of thousands of locales to get an average temperature daily, Monthly, yearly or for 10 or 20 years.

You are BREATHTAKINGLY STUPID.

We’ll just post the actual data that makes your point

Is the globe enclosed like a house? Yes or No? When the temperature in a house rises because you set the thermostat 5 degrees hotter, does your basement get 5 degrees hotter, your first floor get 5 degrees hotter, and the second floor get 5 degrees hotter? Yes or No. If the "experts" say that the temperature of the Earth is rising every year because of CO2, then tell me "Einstein" how my temperature last year was 20 degrees hotter than this year? Think about that question, moron...even a 5th grader knows the answer.

NO, it's not like a house YOU F****** 12 IQ MORON.
The Globe has TWO FROZEN POLES.
How come it's 90 in Miami and minus 40 in Antartica?
Is that like your house?
It's SUMMER in ONE HEMISPERE while it's WINTER in the Other. OPPOSITES.
Is your House like that?
Get your GED before you make another post.

In Any Season in ANY city a colder than usual (for the time of year) front can move in for a day or two, and the next week/same season it can be Warmer than normal, tho still within the bounds of the Season.

NYC could be 35 or 70 degrees on ANY given day in November. ALSO NOT LIKE YOUR HOUSE.

What we are measuring is AVERAGE GLOBAL TEMPERATURE Over time.

Your profile says you live in Florida.
Better/FAIRER than ONE day would be a Whole 90 day Season Right?

Summer 2023 was Florida's Hottest on Record — here's where the Tampa Bay area ranked

how come people move to where it is warmer?

Than when it didn't snow where? When?
It probably snowed someplace between the poles every of the year.
`
hey, how come solar and wind power are so expensive, and the level of CO2 has gone up since we began building giant solar farms and wind farms

Because we (the planet, not just USA) still are using about the same amount Fossil fuels, and even if it slowly went down, CO2 is Cumulative and remains for 5-200 years in the atmosphere.

How come you don't know Either Fact?
Why am I talking to another 12 IQ clown like you who doesn't know the basics?

Rising temperatures last year capped the world’s warmest decade in modern times, federal climate scientists said Thursday.

In a new climate study, the National Aeronautics and Space Administration ranked 2020 in a dead heat with 2016 as the warmest year since official record-keeping began in 1880. The record-tying warmth came despite a cooling La Niña Pacific Ocean current, which tamped down global temperatures slightly in December.

In a separate assessment released at the same time, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, which relies on slightly different temperature records and methods, calculated that the globally averaged temperature last year was the second highest to date—just 0.04 degrees Fahrenheit shy of tying the record set in 2016. -
“These long-term trends are very, very clear,” said Gavin Schmidt, director of NASA’s Goddard Institute for Space Studies in New York. “This is another piece of evidence that tells us the planet is warming decade by decade by decade.”

NASA and NOAA scientists labeled 2020 a year of extremes, driven by rising levels of Greenhouse Gases such as carbon dioxide and methane that trap heat in the atmosphere. - At times last year, the Arctic averaged 12 degrees Fahrenheit above normal, with some spots hitting temperatures of up to 100 degrees Fahrenheit. Record wildfires in the U.S. and Australia burned millions of acres and spewed smoke plumes high into the stratosphere. There were more named Atlantic storms than ever before. Heat building up...

Felt great!

As you might expect, the earliest freezes in Florida happen in the northwestern parts of the state. Crestview has the earliest average first freeze of this list with a November dip to 32º or below.

Leaving Florida: These are the top destinations for people who move out
The latest freezes happen in cities closer to the Gulf of Mexico, especially those farther south. Naples has the latest first freeze, usually having to wait until mid-January to reach the freezing mark.
You still dont get it, probably because you are heavily invested in the Green New Deal which explains your RANTING and RAVING like a lunatic religious fanatic.

The earth is enclosed in an atmosphere, and because of it, it is very much like a house. But the true story is, when morons like you say it is Globull Warming, God come in and smacks that theory down time and again.

A scientifically-trained peson would not even think that such data nulifies other data. What proves opposites, PROVES NOTHING

IN FACT, the following climate-related measures have stayed level or improved for the past 30–170 years:

While Media Obsess About Some Warmth, Globe Seeing Plenty Of Unusual Cold Events

Snowpack extent in US reaches record levels!
America’s first Arctic air blast of the season broke hundreds of low temperature records and led to the largest snowpack extent there in early November in NOAA records.
A high snowpack blanketed the Rocky Mountains, northern Plains, Great Lakes and northern New England, resulting in 17.9% of the Lower 48 under a blanket of snow as the calendar turned to November – a new record in the books dating back to 2003.
