2nd Impeachment? House counsel suggests Trump could be impeached again

The Democrat Party and Rule Of Law are not even in the same zip code and America knows it!

Amazing. Trump is trying to use the fact that he has made so many enemies by ignoring the rule of law as an excuse for him to ignore the rule of law. His dumb ass supporters fall for that crap.

WTF? Another impeachment? We are now entering the Twilight zone:

House counsel suggests Trump could be impeached again

"The House is open to the prospect of impeaching President Donald Trump a second time, lawyers for the Judiciary Committee said Monday.
House Counsel Douglas Letter said in a filing in federal court that a second impeachment could be necessary if the House uncovers new evidence that Trump attempted to obstruct investigations of his conduct. Letter made the argument as part of an inquiry by the D.C. Circuit Court of Appeals about whether Democrats still need testimony from former White House Counsel Don McGahn following the votes last week to charge Trump with abuse of power and obstruction of Congress.
"If McGahn’s testimony produces new evidence supporting the conclusion that President Trump committed impeachable offenses that are not covered by the Articles approved by the House, the Committee will proceed accordingly—including, if necessary, by considering whether to recommend new articles of impeachment," Letter wrote."

Attempting to impeach Trump is now a monthly occurrence in the Democrap party.

It's time to seriously consider recalling all democrats from the house the insanity must stop.

I. Not impeach... lynch. They’ve been a political lynch mob for the last three years, let’s show them what a real lynch mob is.

Yes...keep impeaching until they actually find some kinda, sorta crime that they can say he did....maybe he jay walked or double parked and they can impeach him for that as a threat to our democracy (we are a republic)

um, no. there was no impeachment inquiry or trial regarding mueller's investigation.

If there was anything there, then they should and would have included it in the first impeachment.

The very idea of holding back charges from the first impeachment, so that they can be used as a basis for subsequent impeachments when the first fails, pretty much proves what everyone already knows—that this was never about any legitimate legal complaints against the President, but merely an abuse of the process for the purpose of harassing and undermining him.

Next time it will be a really, really, real impeachment....

They might try to hold them back from the Senate till after the election to try to take the Senate back....

Since the paperwork never made it down to the Senate, Trump was not impeached for the 1st time

It's 2019 and soon 2020, Democrats still have not accepted that Trump handed their asses to them in 2016, and is the rightful and legitimate president of America. Trump is our president.

no dummy - they wanted mcghan 8 months ago - only NOW is it possible because they went to the courts & finally got a ruling in their favor. but you are saying that now isn't a good time? oh well, homey don't play that.

They voted 7 times to do it since Jan 2017.

That subpoena was for The House Inquiry and now is invalid.

Why did you refuse to wait for a ruling?

No one forced you to bang The Gavel and conclude The Inquiry.

Apparently, the first one isn't working...

Can you show us where that email is illegal?

The Partisan Inquiry you just held was concluded with statements made by every single Democrat “The Evidence is Overwhelming and Irrefutable and we have no choice but to Impeach”

These same statements were made over 219 times in The House of Reps during the vote.

You spent 3 years Investigating and hounding The President, 100s of Millions of dollars spent, a barrage of subpoenas and law suits, 3,500 Subpoenas were honored by The White House, 500 interviews were conducted and The White House produced 1 Million Documents, so I have to ask,

Did The Entire Democrat Party Lie To The American People For three straight years and are still LYING now?

Because what you are asking now doesn’t make sense especially in the light of the fact The Senate wants to conduct this exactly as they conducted Clinton’s impeachment when 100 Senators Unanimously voted on rules we already have in place....NOW.

Especially when Clinton was afforded Due Process and 162 days, vs President Trump being denied Due Process and just 36 Days and had no right to counsel nor the right to call Witnesses.

Especially since you told us you didn’t need anymore evidence because what you had was “Overwhelming and Irrefutable” and so much so that you didn’t even bother to wait for your Subpoenas to be validated by The Courts and you concluded your inquiry and abandoned those Subpoenas.

so if new intel or docs or factual witness' testify that donny is knee deep in putin's shit, he should get a pass because of the current shit he is knee deep in?

Pyrrhic victory.

We'll have a Stalinist democrat wing in the Museum of Disappearing political parties

The appearance of partisan piling-on--is not a good one for the Democrats..IMO. You are risking overloading the public and turning them against the left. Offend their sense of fair play at your own risk.

the request for don mcghan's testimony came 8 months ago & donny refused to comply. & it has been publicly mentioned that the 'obstruction of congress' might encompass mueller to demonstrate a pattern.

donny wanted that cash held back 90 minutes after talking with zelinsky. but it was to be hush hush. that shows conscience intent that it was wrong. there are strict guidelines that must be followed in ordr to halt already approved funds & that didn't happen.

uh-oh..................
