Looks like NRA will forget she exists

She broke the law in allowing her child access to a loaded gun. But with NRA pressure, she will be penalized more for not having a child in a car seat than allowing a 4 year old to have a gun

She is in trouble and well she was shot. She might be hurt for the rest of her life, guns are quite damaging.
