Are undocumented immigrants eligible for ACA coverage? No, unless a state has established a program for this purpose. Although the ACA provides benefits to U.S. citizens and lawfully present immigrants alike, it does not provide any benefits for undocumented immigrants.

I don't know what MASSIVE gun control means. Are you for or against common sense gun legislation? One being, you may be charged if your kid goes on a rampage. Or background checks for all gun purchases. You got a problem with common sense gun legislation?

If a flat tax was best our founders would have implemented it. It would have always been a flat tax. Why do you think they never did it? Because it would be a windfall for the rich. Well someone in my State seems to be giving them $$. it's not just federal stuff, and we know the rules don't allow federal stuff, but how are we sure the feds at the State levels are following the rules?

Common sense is a cop out. In NYC It takes $600 and up to 6 months just to get a license to keep a revolver in your own home or apartment. That's what gun grabbers want.

It allows for a massive useless government because they can always open the spigot a bit more without most people noticing it directly.
