Let me explain how our system of government works:

Congress creates a budget or otherwise is in charge of spending. That spending has to be approved by the Senate and ultimately the President.

The job of Congress is to create spending, and anybody that stops that spending is the party responsible for a government shutdown.

The MSM will never tell you that. They are used to brainwashing to make people believe that Congress shut the government down. That's not so.
