The headline is misleading the actually story sheds more light on the subject. If "blacks are back to where they were when he first started", How can it be said that they are "worse off" under Obama? "Worse off than who, the previous Administration?

"I voted for Barack because he was black," Jackson said. "Cuz that’s why other folks vote for other people — because they look like them."
