2. Hasan was the shooter in the Ft. Hood terror attack
3. Hasan envoked Islamic terrorist battle cries of "Allahu Akbar" as he carried out the terrorist attack
4. Hasan acknowledges that his terrorist attack was done in retaliation for American actions against Muslim lands

He hasn't been convicted of anything yet, and is therefore still legally entitled to his salary. It's the legal presumption of innocence. Where's the problem?

The current administration refuses to call this an act of terror. Instead they are calling this a work place incident. If they had called this an act of terror and prosecuted him as an enemy combatant they could have stopped his pay.
Not only that but some of the people who were victims have had their benefits canceled.

He is member of the military being tried under the military code of justice - has nothing to do with what the administration "chooses".

Obama's sympathies to the Muslims are born of common cause with the Nation of Islam in exacting revenge from the white devils. But Obama is no Muslim. Obama hated Lolo Soetoro, the one Muslim influence in his life. Soetoro was an unrepentant Capitalist and defied the Communist ideals that Obama had been instilled with from birth.

Obama is absolutely not a Muslim. I suspect he worships no god other than himself. I think he believes his own bullshit. And why not? The Communists have laid palm fronds before his feet his entire life to smooth his path, everything, including the presidency has been handed to him on a silver platter. From the outside, we can see that it was the Communists, grooming him and paving the way. But from the perspective of Obama, he may think he really is divine, and that destiny propelled him to unearned power.

I hear you, but I still have my doubts. I am not saying that he is a practicing muslim. But his actions towards muslims have been overly sympathetic. His speeches to muslim audiences have been conciliatory and he has praised islam while doing everything possible to not use "muslim terrorist" even when those words are appropriate and accurate.

He may hate soetoro, but he still had a lot of muslim indoctrination as a child, AND he bowed to the Saudi king, one of the most powerful muslims in the world.

Certainly he has communist, socialist, and marxist beliefs. Certainly he hates capitalism and the history of success of the USA. He is determined to punish this country for its imagined domination of the 3rd world.

Bottom line, he is a terrible president. Worst in history. Divisive, incompetent, and corrupt.

He is a US soldier, not an enemy combatant. He is subject to the UCMJ and will be tried under a Military courts martial. Once convicted, he will forfeit all pay and benefits and be reduced in rank to Private. Military courts are not lenient. If he is not sentenced to death (Military has not executed anyone in over 50 years), he will spend the rest of his worthless life in Leavenworth or some other unpleasant supermax prison.
