Now, back to training. With untrained "Good Guys", stray bullets don't care. Now, put those "Good Guys" through the CCW program, give them 10 hours of classroom training with 2 hours of range training and you have a much safer. You want to keep screaming "Good Guys with Guns" get your good guys the training first.
