So once a period is missed, it becomes a guess as to when it should have happened and a guess as to when ovulation should have happened. You can easily be off by a week. If you can get an abortion then you're pregnant with a baby inside you.

Democrats pretend they care about the "life and health of the mother" to justify murdering a child at full term pregnancy. A hundred or two hundred years ago, childbirth was dangerous for the mother as many died during or soon after childbirth. That is very rare today, but Democrats use the outlier case which is what Abrams is doing to justify late term murder. There is no difference between a full term abortion and a new born being shot in the head in a car seat.
