Any of you guys seeing these signs or is it an anomaly?

I haven't seen any. But if the unemployment rate stays low, the economy keeps improving and the border is secure I'm sure reasonable Democrats will vote for Trump.

Of course, of course economy will stay rosy forever, just for Trump.

My money is that it will head south within 2 years, as we are DEEP in the business cycle. When it does Trump the-deplorable-businessman will be living with approval in the 20s, facing impeachment.

My money is that you and every other Liberal hope the economy goes south. Must suck wishing ill-will on your country and fellow Americans so you can get back in power.
And you would lose that bet.

I just won that bet. Way to easy.

Bill Maher says a crashing economy would be one way to get Trump out of office

Dummy that does not mean Maher and especially not anyone else is FOR crashing the economy.

I can understand the English language and that is EXACTLY what maher wanted to happen.

Dumb ass, that's exactly what he said.
Moron, you said, ”my money is that you and every other Liberal hope the economy goes south.”

That was easy to prove wrong by simply pointing out I’m a Liberal and I’m not hoping for that. Who knows what you think you proved by quoting Bill Maher? :dunno: You certainly didn’t prove your claim.

Well if things keep improving then the Dems can kiss 2020 goodbye.
You mean like the way Republicans kissed 2016 goodbye after the economy improved under Obama?

It only improved for the wealthy elite. That's why trump kicked the shrilary's ass.
Bullshit. It improved for me and I’m not a wealthy elite. It improved for some 14-15 million people who found a job. It improved for many millions of others who were invested in the stock market. And given Trump won the election by a total of some 70,000 votes in 3 states, describing Trump’s win as an “ass-kicking” is highly debatable.

The net worth of the middle class DROPPED for the first time in 40 years. Of course a few are going to do better. But the overwhelming majority did worse. That's why anecdotal evidence (what you posted) is not admissible in Court.

It dropped because the housing bubble burst, affecting the middle class the hardest. After 2013, it turned around for the middle class.

And this is not a courtroom and other than my personal experience, my evidence was hardly anecdotal. Between 2010-2016, some 14-15 million jobs were added. That’s not anecdotal. Millions upon millions of people are invested in the stock market. It tripled in valuation from early 2009-2016. That’s not anecdotal.

Some guy posted this on social media. Any of you see such signs around your area? First I've seen one.

History tends to repeat itself.

In 1980, after the worst president in history there was "DEMOCRATS FOR REAGAN".

Now, after the worst president in history - not surprisingly - there is
"DEMOCRATS FOR TRUMP".

Worst president in history, according to historians, is Trump.

That conclusion is about six and a half year premature.

That's what lesser-of-two-evils gets us. Lesser and lesser and lesser.

Lol yep, nothing premature about calling 2020 election for Trump.

Maybe it's somewhat unlikely that Hillary would run a third time...….age is not going to be the issue, however. All kinds of people well up in their seventies or even going into their eighties are now proposing to run. It's non-traditional to run a third time; as I said earlier, then you're just one of these perpetual candidates like Harold Stassen.

But I think the economy would have to crash BIG-time for the current crop of Socialists, like Sanders and Warren, to get into the White House. I can't see that on the way. Could be, if the trade war goes bad, but I think it won't: Trump is playing the stock market like a piano. It went way up all week, so today he uses some of his capital and threatens more tariffs against China. So far the Dow is only down around 125. He really knows how to negotiate IMO.
