I believe it. Congressmen think they're entitled to the best of the best, all on the taxpayer's dime. They have a beautiful health care system set up just for them, they don't have to deal with Obamacare. They travel all over the world, again on the taxpayer's dime. Lobbyists give them gifts and money, so they can take their salary and sock it away in savings. Nothing is better than being a Congressman.
