As it should be. Once we start electing non wealthy potuses, all will fix itself.this opens up every POTUS for political prosecutions,,
obama wasnt wealthy when he entered office,,As it should be. Once we start electing non wealthy potuses, all will fix itself.
He should appeal. Especially, since everybody knows that the DC Circuit is just a Dem-plantation in disguise.
The verbiage in their ruling, verifies the unchecked bias. They are calling crimes, what he is NOT calling crimes. Which of course, verifies that the judges lacked the ability to ever even view Trump's claim [or his dispute] from a neutral, fair light in order to rule on it.
If the Supreme Court rules the president is above the law, then you might as well shred the Constitution. It will then be nothing more than a meaningless piece of paper. Will SCOTUS accept or reject the case? Many legal experts say they think SCOTUS may reject the case.
TEES UP EXPLOSIVE SCOTUS SHOWDOWN
Which is why they’ll likely avoid the hell out of this appealIf the Supreme Court rules the president is above the law, then you might as well shred the Constitution. It will a meaningless piece of paper.
Maybe if Dems had not attacked the SCOTUS like a pack of vermin they could expect fair treatment but I don't see that happening. If the Supreme Court rules the president is above the law, then you might as well shred the Constitution. It will then be nothing more than a meaningless piece of paper.
The Appeals Court was wrong.Live updates: Court rules Trump does not have immunity from prosecution
Donald Trump is not immune from prosecution for alleged crimes he committed during his presidency to reverse the 2020 election results, a federal appeals court ruled. Follow here for live updates.www.cnn.com
Excellent, excellent, excellent
He has till February 12th to appeal to the SCOTUS and says he will.
Do they make ruling based on democracy and the rule of law?Dems shit all over the SCOTUS, attacking them, protesting at their homes...and Dems think they will get a favorable decision from the SCOTUS?
Thank you for you (worthless) opinion “counselor”The Appeals Court was wrong.
We live with the rule of DEI now.Do they make ruling based on democracy and the rule of law?
Then yes
You seem to think since you stacked the Court with Justices that they will rule politically.. in your favor
Cool...Now Obama can be indicted for murdering a U.S. citizen on foreign soil, without him being so much as arrested and charged.Live updates: Court rules Trump does not have immunity from prosecution

It’s also a victory for democracy, and a defeat in the right’s war on democracy. So ... according to a DC appeals court ...
Barack Obama doesn't have Presidential immunity.
Bill Clinton doesn't have Presidential immunity.
George W. Bush doesn't have Presidential immunity.
Joe Biden doesn't have Presidential immunity.
Good to know.
Ya'll could have tried to do that since 2017. Do you know why Benedict Donald's DOJ didn't even try?Cool...Now Obama can be indicted for murdering a U.S. citizen on foreign soil, without him being so much as arrested and charged.
it’s quite imaginable, actually; this is a Supreme Court dominated by partisan conservative ideologues that has already demonstrated its contempt for settled, accepted precedent – a Court perfectly capable and willing to establish dangerous precedent.I can't imagine the Supreme Court siding with him, it's such dangerous precedent...
Actually, Trump was in the Reform Party in 2000 the first time he ran for President. Then he registered as a Democrat in 2001 and remained a Democrat until he saw the Republican herd was much easier to con.lol
how soon you all forget, that Trump was originally in the Independent Party and only changed his party, to win the 2016 nomination... he was a huuuuge friend of the Democrats, prior to 2015. I refuse to let you all forget that.
Remember, when he hollered "drain the swamp"... he was talking about BOTH parties, since he went to WashDC on the apolitical path as a businessman.
