Armed NeoNazis and Armed Antifa Descend on Small Town and.....

The masked ones were the Nazis, the Antifa are Anti-Fascists.

A good code name for fascists.
Oh, I see, the Antifa/Anti-Fascists are the Fascists. :lmao:

Yes antifa uses violent SA shout down tactics to violate the civil rights of those they disagree with, they are fascists.
You're the Fascist.

You're the Fascist.

That's a downright pitiful comeback that would be considered pathetic in most kindergartens.

From Merriam Webster:

"Definition of fascism
  1. 1 often capitalized : a political philosophy, movement, or regime (such as that of the Fascisti) that exalts nation and often race above the individual and that stands for a centralized autocratic government headed by a dictatorial leader, severe economic and social regimentation, and forcible suppression of opposition

  2. 2 : a tendency toward or actual exercise of strong autocratic or dictatorial control early instances of army fascism and brutality — J. W. Aldridge"

Good Gawd, you are gullible.

Just because they label themselves anti-fascists does not mean that they themselves are not actual fascists.

I guess you always by the 'Deluxe' brands and think that all the big multinational corporations really are placing your concerns at the top of their list of priorities?

I despise ANTIFA. But is violence against opposition the sole determining factor for who is or is not a fascist?
Oh of course not, friend, but in my not so humble opinion, fascism is effectively "Corporate Cronyism" + "Nationalism" + "Violent Authoritarianism" + "No Civil Rights". In these cases Antifa is using violence to suppress free speech they do not agree with and are silent on the first two issues as any leader that they would approve of (like perhaps Obama?) they would support in classic Nationalist/Authoritarian fashion and ignore his use of corporate cronyism to stay in power.

Todays Far Left is more fascist than communist ever since they threw in the towel and accepted capitalism as the economic engine of preference.

No...they are socialists through and through.....as is their hero, bernie sanders......

Fascism: The Concise Encyclopedia of Economics | Library of Economics and Liberty

As an economic system, fascism is socialism with a capitalist veneer. The word derives from fasces, the Roman symbol of collectivism and power: a tied bundle of rods with a protruding ax. In its day (the 1920s and 1930s), fascism was seen as the happy medium between boom-and-bust-prone liberal capitalism, with its alleged class conflict, wasteful competition, and profit-oriented egoism, and revolutionary Marxism, with its violent and socially divisive persecution of the bourgeoisie.
Fascism substituted the particularity of nationalism and racialism—“blood and soil”—for the internationalism of both classical liberalism and Marxism.
Where socialism sought totalitarian control of a society’s economic processes through direct state operation of the means of production, fascism sought that control indirectly, through domination of nominally private owners.

Where socialism nationalized property explicitly, fascism did so implicitly, by requiring owners to use their property in the “national interest”—that is, as the autocratic authority conceived it. (Nevertheless, a few industries were operated by the state.)
Where socialism abolished all market relations outright, fascism left the appearance of market relations while planning all economic activities. Where socialism abolished money and prices, fascism controlled the monetary system and set all prices and wages politically.

In doing all this, fascism denatured the marketplace.Entrepreneurship was abolished. State ministries, rather than consumers, determined what was produced and under what conditions.

In fascism, the broader issues were settled by the state and the state provided an absolute 100% certainty that each person would have a place in society and not be abandoned if they were in line with the states interests. If a person was no longer of value to the state, that person was deemed unfit and removed from the population. It was anti-capitalism in terms of letting people have much market choice, but they did have corporations provide a choice of some kind within the parameters of what the corresponding state ministry wanted for it.

In part this is why the Nazis lost in WW2, they were controlling their war economy too tightly in many ways and losing a great amount of innovation and autonomous activity. Speer talks a lot about this in his autobiography "Inside the Third Reich". Germany did not go into a full Total War footing until 1943 because the Nazis were afraid of what the impact would be on the public morale. Consequently the Germans did not capture Moscow or have winter gear for their troops when the worst winter storms in recorded Russian history hit that year and hundreds of thousands of German soldier died frozen in the snow of Russia. Had they had some more independent capitalism working in their system, they might have had some salesmen pitching this unforeseen problem to them and they might have been prepared.

On another topic, Bernie Sanders concept of 'Nordic Model Socialism' is not Marxian socialism, it is more like capitalism with a socialist veneer to act like a shock absorber to the sharp jolts in the rugged road of the capitalist system.

So the question is are AntiFa activists Trotskiites who fit the definition of Fascist because of the NEP or NAZIs who as thugs claim to be "anti-Zionist" socialists
