Athiests Lie, The Bible Tells the Truth

Prove the Bible lies.
You cannot.
The bible says the Earth is fixed and unmoving, it also says the Earth moves, one of them must be a lie.

Ps 93:1 The LORD reigneth, he is clothed with majesty; the LORD is clothed with strength, wherewith he hath girded himself: the world also is established, that it cannot be moved.

Ps 96:10 Say among the heathen that the LORD reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved

Ps 104:5 the LORD hath founded the earth upon its own bases; it shall not be removed forever and ever

1 Ch 16: 30 Fear before him, all the earth: the world also shall be stable, that it be not moved.

Contradicted by

Isa 24:19 The earth is utterly broken down, the earth is clean dissolved, the earth is moved exceedingly.

20 The earth shall reel to and fro like a drunkard, and shall be removed

In my humble opinion.

The Bible is a book of fairy tales

Those who tell you to set your life to or are lying

Atheists just look at it and tell you they don’t believe it
And that's the issue that so-called patriarchal religious nuts have....they want to FORCE people to believe their version of a holy book or else hurt you. Particularly the women.

No one is FORCING you to believe anything. Who wrapped a rope around your neck and dragged you to church last Sunday? Who has threatened to hurt you if you don't pray their prayer? Get over yourself.
Christians have a co-mission to spread the good news. The rest is none of our business. It is between you and God.

When you find yourself at odds with the Bible, I assure you that it is not the Bible that is lacking, but your understanding. You are referring to 2 completely different things, in the Old Testament. < An understanding of Hebrew, or a good study Bible would help you grasp the actual, original meanings. (and why they call it a Bible study).

The earth as a planet, eretz. And the earth as an inhabited world, tebel. Some of the verses you quoted refer to eretz . Some refer to the tebel, < at times, refers specifically to Israel.
Also, the word, moved in several OT context means, fallen into decay. In other references it means the earth literally shaking, as in earthquake.

1Ch 16:30 All the earth< eretz: the world< tebel ALSO shall be stable, that it not be moved< will not fall into or slip or fail or decay as to be uninhabitable.
l Sam. 2:8 "for the pillars of the earth ( eretz) are the Lord’s and He hath set the world (tebel) upon them”.
^Earth/World, 2 different meanings.

Here's one you might be interested in and needs no translation:
2 Timothy2:15
Study to shew thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth. ;)

There's no way to know for sure.

Yes. There is. He made 1/4 of the Bible prophesy so you would KNOW for sure. It gets overlooked by the term vague, but there is nothing vague about it.
He embedded codes in the Bible that man cannot duplicate. Newton knew that and spent his life trying to decode the Bible. There is one code that can only be unlocked by a computer. It is dismissed as monkey text to anybody who would buy that, but the amount of data that has been extracted by computer, puts the random word explanation to bed. Events, not random words are being uncovered.

^who did that?^

Ask Science about the dimensions they are finding. Who used E=MC squared to create this particular universe? All scientists do is discover. Dark matter, holes, strings, membranes, hidden dimensions. Scientists didn't invent the laws of physics, they merely find them. Some one else invented them, and used them to create. < That is why we are finding them.
Genesis told Miamonides that there were 4 seen and 6 unseen dimensions in our matrix, in the 12th century.
Hawking told you the same thing in the 21st....
God is the science that we discover. He is also responsible for DNA. How do I know this? Because the very first life, a single little cell, had very complex DNA. DNA is information technology. Who embedded a digital code in the first living thing? Keep in mind when you try to explain that, that science says that nothing happens by chance.
Many men wrote the Bible

God wrote, the Holy Spirit guided the 40 men who scribed.. From different times and places and yet it all fits together like a glove.

Like the subject line says, athiests need to lie because the Bible tells the truth.

You never heard of a 9 foot man? You need to look up Robert Wadlow and get out of your mommies basement more often.

Okay, Robert Wadlow (8' 11") was a hopeless cripple. He requried leg braces before he died at the advanced age of 22. Goliath of Gath was apparently able to wear a full set of armor and fight on a battlefield. The bible gives his height at 9'9" (Six cubits).

I notice you didn't even try to explain away talking snakes. Smart man.

Wilt Chamberlain would disagree.

And not my issue you can't think outside of your tiny box.

Wilt Chamberlain would disagree.

We weren't' talking about Wilt, who was only 7'1"... We were talking about Goliath of Gath who was 9'9", according to the totally true bible. Or King Og of the Rephraim, who was supposedly 13' 6", again, according to the Bible.

A 7 foot super athlete.

You have such a tiny bubble world.

Keep in mind that in ancient times the length of a cubit varied widely. It was usually the measurement taken from the length of elbow to the end of the middle finger. It was not always the standard twenty-one inches.

Your BS might have been better if you had used the actual verses I cited. One can only assume that your argument wouldn't hold water had you used the verses I cited.

Thanks to our secular laws and the Constitution. It didn't used to be that way, you know. And we want to make sure it doesn't get to be that way again.

How convenient a way of thinking is that?
