Baltimore officer acquitted of assault in death of Black Freddie Gray

He didnt chose a jury for a reason. Justice wasnt done. A Judge played Judge and Jury and was courteous enough to ask the defendant which he preferred just like the choice everyone is afforded.

Wrong.

Aww, you failed to mention what was wrong with what I said. Womp Womp

Justice, as you know, was well served. You obviously do not want justice, you want revenge.

I guess saying this to yourself makes you feel better. Justice wasnt served. He arrested someone for no reason as the Judge said but let his homeboy go so they can work together in the future.

He exercised his right to a trial with a judge rather than a jury because his attorneys wanted the decision to be based on the facts instead of emotion.

Thats not why he did it. He was scared to be judged by a jury of his peers and they couldnt fix those results. So they gave him the same choice they give everyone. What kinda trial you want? Its Burger King up in here, have it your way!

Fact: the CRA 1964 was ushered through Congress by the Democrats who gave the majority of the votes for passing it.

Fact: some southern Democrats voted for it, while NOT ONE southern Republican voted for it

Fact: same same with the VRA.

Fact: the GOP has done almost nothing for civil rights since then, other then trying to gut the CRA act the GOP helped pass 50 years ago.

Fact: the above is how the HSs and colleges teach the fact.

Your desperation is duly noted.

In your opinion, what more should be done for civil rights?

Specifically, what have Republicans done to "gut the Civil Rights Act"?

There is no such thing as police brutality.

Yes there is and sometimes it's a good thing.

"Extreme libertarians" who refuse to cooperate with "totally legal enforcement" requests..

Yo Vern, what are extreme Libertarians?

Were those folks "extreme Libertarians"?

What were the "totally legal enforcement requests"?

The truth is never desperate. You are flailing here badly. What should the GOP do for minorities? Be specific.

If a LEO believes he or others may be in danger, they have every right to disarm every gun carrying person in the area.

The officer makes that decision, and the citizen must obey him. If not, charges can be brought and if upheld, the citizen loses his right to own guns.

There wast even evidence to go to trial.

Yes there was, they just asked him if he wanted to be judged by his peers or work with his co-worker, the judge.

He surprisingly chose the Judge:rolleyes:
and there you are

claiming the buddy system got him off b/c you know he's guilty

you were wrong
you are wrong
you don't have to like it, but you should man up and accept it.

maybe spend some time in your safe space

Just keep repeating that because debating me is above what you're capable of.
there's no debating liars.

you're wrong, you were proven wrong, the debates over.

The city had zero evidence against this particular cop.

Lie, dead body.

The prosecution and the city rushed to judgement under pressure from a mob mentality crowd.

Lie, Assumption

Now the city has egg on their face as the word is out that Nero basically had nothing to do with any of this.

Lie it was found that he arrested Gray for NO PROBABLE CAUSE. No Arrest means no death ride. Thats why you used the weasel word "basically" here

But racists and bigots like yourself won't let this go. Thank God the judge is an honest person.

Lie, McCarthyism and appeal to emotion. You dont know me or the judge so assigning bullshit characterists to either is :gay:

You're employing liberal tactic # 6 I see - Just keep repeating the same lie over and over and at some point people will believe you. The facts are in and the judge ruled. Now deal with it.
He can't, the media told him all the facts they wanted him to know, so the justice system, that knows all the facts is wrong, again.

you can't teach sheep facts

go fuck yourself, you know goddamn well this is about white cops and a dead black criminal.

And just like a said, I fucking called it, the verdict is, but you know better.

you're nothing but a noose away from a lynch mob. Filth like you doesn't want justice, you want vengeance, well tough shit for you.

No justice no peace .

People don't riot for no reason .
For no reason is EXACTLY why they're rioting. They riot for FABRICATED reasons. conjured up by Obama, Sharpton. Stephiie Rawlings, Marilyn Mosby and other scumbags, trying to give blacks a "reason" to vote Democrat. The race hustlers are alive and active. The dum dums who fall for their ruse are too.

In Democrat run cities (like Baltimore), these turds can get away with this. In Republican run ones, the "justice" would be every one of them behind bars, on bread & water, no AC, no TV, no radio, no music, no books, and a billy club in the jaw if they mouth off.

The truth is never desperate. You are flailing here badly. What should the GOP do for minorities? Be specific.

You're desperate so you're saying that means one thing.

The Republicans nor Democrats should do NOTHING for minorities. Nothing they don't do for everyone else.

IF you do not agree with that, then you don't agree with our constitution, freedom or equality.

And that's how they MISeducate kids. If they taught the TRUTH, they would teach that the worst violations of civil rights are being done by government (federal, state, & local), universities, and private corporations, by discriminating against Whites in AFFIRMATIVE ACTION. This is the largest and worst violation of civil rights, against, by far, the largest number of people, in America, since 1964.

The truth is never desperate. You are flailing here badly. What should the GOP do for minorities? Be specific.
The proper question is what should the Democrats do for the majority (Whites), to end their oppression ? And the answer is they should ban AFFIRMATIVE ACTION nationwide (as has been done in 8 states)

Your existence is one big fucking lie. Woe is me, I am a poor black oppressed man....

You're pathetic

A $6.4M settlement for an acquittal?

Shit, I want these people negotiating for my city.

Voters deserve what they vote for.
