Best thing about a Sanders victory, nobody will ever have to work again

damn but you are stupid. Do you understand the difference between "legal person" and "people" ?

corporations are considered legal persons for reasons I explained very clearly several times-----------primarily to protect employees from liability.

corporations are owned by people, and people suffer financially when corporations pay fines or go bankrupt.
Corporations exist to protect owners from being treated as people. Both financially and criminally
Until conservatives opened that can of worms in citizens united

yes, owners (shareholders) and employees. what do you find wrong with that?

the corporation remains liable for criminal acts, the executives are personally liable under Sarbanes/Oxley. What more do you want, do you want a welder held liable when the corporation violates EPA regs?

Corporations are people too

Why stop at political contributions

you still don't get it---------amazing.

Seems you don't get it....as usual

Conservatives want corporations treated as people only where it increases their power....not where it increases their accountability

Who would invest in a company if they could be held liable for the wrongdoings of management?

That's just stupid... your lack of basic business knowledge is mind-boggling.

See Sarbanes-Oxley.

Why not apply the same justification to corporate responsibility?

And when has S-O actually been acted upon?
I believe once.

MNCs.
I presume you graduated 4th grade.

What you're doing is lying.

The corporate tax rate in the USA is the highest in the developed world - fact and cited.
A corporation headquartered in Dubia is not an American company - Fact
Sales to Europe by that company incorporated in Dubia are not subject to U.S. taxes - Fact
For you to fraudulently claim that a mutli-national - which by definition is not an American corporation, is somehow indicative of American tax rates is simply lying on your part.

You clearly have no grasp of the subject and are again spewing leftist bullshit to support your absurd prejudice.

whats the last book pertaining to economics that the Rightards in this thread have read NOT INCLUDING THE WORK OF FICTION- Atlas Farted?

check out an econ 101 text at your local library, you might learn something. Yes, Atlas Shrugged was faction, so was 1984, but Rand and Orwell very accurately predicted what we are seeing today, a huge intrusive dictatorial federal government and a bunch of mental midget sheep following along blindly in exchange for their free shit.
Soooo you HAVEN'T read anything. Understood

Why even bother responding to my thread fish breath?

And how exactly did that former US corporation that made it big in the US get there?
By buying Congress Critters and writing off the moving expense.
There's a nasty little thing called context.

Yeah, I dunno. I'm starting to get jazzed about this Bernie Sanders phenom. Think of it, free stuff as far the government paid for prescription glasses can see.

What's not to like?

Investing on the education and health of your people, who are essentially generating the wealth in this country, actually has a pretty good roi, as been tested and been successful in a lot of other countries all over the world.

The reason you see it as a fairy tale, is because you have never been outside of the bubble you are living in...

Another poster who doesn't understand what socialism means...

It means looting anyone who is productive and works for what he has.

Prove it.

Puhleeze. All of history is proof of reality.

Then it should be easy for you to present some facts for a change.

So you are actually contending that socialism doesn't take money from those who earned it?
Do Wall Street CEOs earn it?

I realize that you are a demagogue, but do you grasp that;

The identification of corporation as legal entities goes back to the 12th century. That it was Southern Pacific v. Santa Clara that made it possible to levy taxes against a corporation in the first place. If not legally a person, then they cannot be taxed.

Look, you're just a shitflinger, ergo your name. Little that you post has even a hint of fact to it. Leftists like you prey on the ignorant, you assume that your target audience is too stupid to see through your lies.

Three CFO's I believe.... it's just a tough thing to prove, that an executive knowingly acted fraudulently.

Notice that you just shifted the context.
If the Board of Directors owes me nothing, even though I contributed to their financial success, I owe them nothing.

Even for a lying, pile of shit communist, that's some stupid fucking shit.

You are one dumb motherfucker.

Notice that you just shifted the context.

Nope, shitflinger was flinging shit that corporations "want powers" (whatever the fuck that means in his deranged little mind) but don't want responsibility.

I pointed out that he is a fucking liar (which defines shitflinger) and that the the same provision in U.S. law that recognized the long standing status of corporations as legal entities, Santa Clara, also is the basis for the taxation of corporation

If the Board of Directors owes me nothing, even though I contributed to their financial success, I owe them nothing.

What the fuck are you talking about?

How did you contribute to anyone's financial success?

We don't. We tax corporations, we file lawsuits against them, and even pursue criminal charges.

As you usual, you're just flinging shit and lying through your fucking teeth.

I forgot! The CEO and CIO did all the work.

The only reason anyone responds to you is to mock you, dog cum.

You clearly didn't finish high school and spout the most absurd leftist bullshit.

No one takes you seriously nor considers any of your idiocy.
