Biden's fingerprints are all over Trump prosecutions.

He actually didn't have the right. Biden also had documents he didn't have the right to but he cooperated and returned them, he didn't try to hide them and lie to the FBI as Trump did. It's not the crime it is the cover up.

Common or not, it was done for a reason and many people were 'damaged'. It was done to get a better interest rate, money that should have gone to the shareholders of the bank.
So if you steal a car and drive it around for years, then when caught all you have to do is give it back and there is no crime?

Nothing is obvious in DC. Were the documents marked classified? Did Obama declassify them and give them to Joe? Did Joe pack them himself and carry them to the car?
Typical democrat, acting stupid now. Yes the documents were marked classified, no Obama didn't declassify them. did Joe know they were in his garage regardless of how they got there? I'm starting to laugh at you and you're flailing attempts to deflect.

If you walk out of the store with a case of beer on the bottom of the cart you didnt know was there you dont get charged with a crime when you bring it back in. Trump took the case of beer locked it in the car, drove the car around, told the cops he didnt have the beer, then had his lawyer lie about having the beer, then put it in his bathroom. Yea. Good point nostradumbass.

Biden drank the beer.

Biden drinks beer like a normal human. Donald Trump doesnt drink so that he can do blow. That is a fact. Cant wait for his drug test for the debates.
Bottom of the cart theft is rampant in stores. Need to go ahead and make the arrest

If you borrow your friend's car and give it back when asked, might not be the best thing but, it's not a crime. If you refuse to give it back when asked, that's a crime.

On November 2, 2022, Biden's attorneys discovered the first set of classified documents in a locked closet at the Penn Biden Center; they reported them that day to the National Archives and Records Administration (NARA), which retrieved them the next day. The classified documents included intelligence material and briefing memos on Ukraine, Iran and the United Kingdom.[7] In coordination with the Justice Department (DOJ), Biden's attorneys discovered a second set of documents at Biden's home on December 20, followed by several more on January 9 and January 12, 2023.

On February 8, 2024, the Justice Department released the report by special counsel Hur, which concluded that the "evidence does not establish Mr. Biden's guilt beyond a reasonable doubt", so "no criminal charges are warranted in this matter".[9][10] For classified documents found in the Penn Biden Center and in the University of Delaware, Hur judged that they "could plausibly have been brought to these locations by mistake".[11] For Afghanistan-related classified documents found in the garage of Biden's Delaware home, Hur stated that his investigation could not determine "why, how, or by whom" that material was kept.[11] For Biden's handwritten notebooks found in Biden's Delaware home, which included classified content, Hur credited the possibility that Biden treated them as "personal property", given "historical practice" of the federal government allowing President Ronald Reagan to take home his diaries as "personal records" despite their classified content.[12][13][14] While Hur found that Biden read out classified information from his notebooks to his ghostwriter, Hur judged that it was not proven that Biden knew that the information was classified.[15]

Link? I am not sure how you link to something you pulled out of your ass but wash your hands after.
LOL I've worked as manager in stores for years. Bottom of the cart theft is one of the biggest losses we had. You're kind of stupid.

Ignorance of the law is no excuse. Neither is being too incompetent to be tried in a court of law. Ronald Reagan was a president Joe Biden was not. Joe Biden clearly broke the law.

I note you have no proof. Just whining and crying.

Where did you post proof. Your source is a conspiracy theory website. You haven't presented any proof that Biden had anything to do with these prosecutions. We have to prove Biden did what you claim he did before we can debunk it.

If Biden really wanted to go after Trump, he go after him for theft from the public treasury, tax evasion, overbilling on Secret Service accommodations, obstruction of justice while President, "pay for play" at his East Coast Golf Clubs, hiring illegal aliens, selling pardons.
So if you steal a car and drive it around for years, then when caught all you have to do is give it back and there is no crime?

Biden wasn't "caught". The documents were reported the moment they were found, and returned. There were no denials issued or refusal to return them.

Using your analogy, he found a stolen car on his property and immediately reported it to the police. He didn't "drive it around for years". It never left his garage, and there is no evidence he even knew it was there. So yes, once he found it and returned it, there was no crime.

Trump was charged for taking the documents. He was charged with refusing to return them when requested, and then lying about what he had, hiding them, and obstructing the FBI investigation. Biden didn't do ANY of those things.

Oh. So pulled out of your ass was right? Who knew?
I worked as management and retail for years. Attended many security meetings discussing the bottom of the cart theft problem. Looks like I'm pulling it out of my ass and putting it right in your face moron. What kind of dumb shit would prosecute Trump for classified documents and not the criminal Biden. Oh, you.

An opinion not shared by Robert Hur and Mr Hur was appointed in 2017 by President Trump as the chief federal law enforcement officer in Maryland. Mr Hur graduated from Harvard College and Stanford Law School. Where was your legal training?

I know that taking classified information to your home unless you are the president of the United States is against the law. What is your legal training, did you know that?

We are talking about Tater and him stealing classified docs, Dumbass. He knew he had them, it wasn't an accident.

You can't accidentally steal hundreds of classified documents over decades from a SCIF, stupid.

Cool story. Has zippo to do with Tater stealing classified docs from SCIFs, but still a cool story.
